Objective:To analyze the varition of serum SAA,CRP and PCT levels in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),and the relationship with the severity of MPP,so as to provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and curative effect evaluation and judging prognosis of MPP.Method:Retrospectively analysis was used.182 children with MMP were chosen as MMP group from January 2017 to December 2017 in the Fist Hospital affiliated Dalian Medical University, which including 150 cases of mild group and 32 cases in sever group.40 healthy children were chosen as control group. The levels of serum SAA CRP and PCT in MPP group during acute stage and recovery stage, control group were measured by Elisa assay.SPSS20.0 was used to compare and analyze the levels of serum SAA CRP and PCT in each group.Result:1.The positive rate of early stage MP serum antibody was 44.0% in MPP group,SAA,CRP and PCT positive rate were 86.8%,84.1%,75.8%;There was no significant difference of the positive rate of SAA CRP PCT between early MP of serum antibody negative group and positive group(P > 0.05).2.SAA CRP and PCT in both sever and mild group of MP children were were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).And were significantly lower during recovery stage(P<0.05).3.Comparison of concentration, peak value and abnormal value last time in SAA,PCT and CRP,the sever group is significantly higher than the mild group(P<0.05).4.The ROC curve of serum SAA CRP PCT for the diagnosis of severe MPP: the cut-off point of serum SAA is 185.69 mg / l,the sensitivity is 90.0%,the specificity is82.4%(AUC = 0.930,P < 0.05);the cut-off point of serum CRP is 35.4mg/l,the specificity is 82.4%,the sensitivity is 68.7% and the specificity is 65.6%(AUC =0.718,P<0.05);the cut-off point of serum PCT is 1.06ng/ml,the specificity is 90.0%,the sensitivity is 90.9%(AUC=0.879,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The level of serum SAA CRP PCT was significantly increased in children with MPP at the acute stage.Early combined detection of SAA CRP PCT with MP serum antibody contributed to the early diagnosis of MPP.2.Serum SAA CRP PCT can be used to evaluate the condition of MPP children and to monitor the curative effect.SAA has certain clinical application for diagnosis of severe MPP.
