BackgroundThe phenomenon of coronary slow flow(CSF)is normal or no significant coronary artery stenosis is detected, but delayed coronary artery blood flow is delayed. This phenomenon was first reported in 1972 by Tambe and other. At present, the pathogenesis of CSF is not fully clear.According to the current research and reports, the pathogenesis is closely related to inflammatory response, endothelial dysfunction, insulin resistance, atherosclerosis, platelet dysfunction and so on.The inflammatory response is considered to be the main mechanism of CSF.Platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR),as a new inflammatory index, can reflect the state of inflammation and coagulation function in vivo.It is considered as an important index reflecting the inflammatory state in vivo.Combined with current research,it is found that PLR is closely related to the development of CSF.A study of at home and abroad has shown that PLR is significantly elevated in the serum of patients with cardiovascular disease and has a certain diagnostic significance for cardiovascular disease. Therefore,we can guess that PLR is involved in CSF and may have a predictive value for CSF.This is of great significance to the early detection and early treatment of CSF and the basis for clinical diagnosis.ObjectiveStudy on the predictive value of the ratio of platelet and lymphocyte to slow coronary artery blood flow.MethodSelect the first hospital of Handan city Internal Medicine-Cardiovascular Department Two were confirmed by coronary angiography in 58 patients with CSF(case group),and randomly selected from the same period of hospitalization by coronary angiography found no coronary artery stenosis, and the problem of slow coronary blood flow in 55 patients(control group).Blood cell count and classification, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, liver and kidney function, urea and creatinine were measured in two groups.Platelet and lymphocyte ratio(PLR)were calculated, and data of two groups were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20 statistical software.Result1.In case group and control group comparison of general information,in age and sex, smoking, drinking, hypertension, diabetes, difference was statistically significant(P>0.05;)cases of mean platelet volume(MPV),fasting blood glucose(Glu),platelet and lymphocyte ratio(PLR)were significantly higher than those in control group(10.66 ± 1.01 vs 10.43 ± 0.76,P<0.05;6.15 ± 1.53 vs 7.02 ± 1.86,P<0.05;149.21 ±44.44 vs 122.49 ± 29.35,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The results of ROC curve predicted by PLR on CSF showed that the optimal truncation value was 139.90,the sensitivity was 67.7%,and the specificity was57.3%.3.Comparison of clinical data between the two groups of low PLR group and high PLR group showed that:High PLR group in hypertension, platelet count, mean platelet volume, fasting blood glucose were higher than the low PLR group, the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension, platelet count, and fasting blood glucose were risk factors for the development of CSF.PLR is an independent risk factor for CSF.The high PLR group is 1.40 times the CSF incidence of low PLR group(OR=1.40,95% CI:0.87-2.60,P<0.05),that is,the risk of CSF increases with the increase of PLR level(P<0.05)..Conclusion1.PLR is an independent risk factor for CSF and has a predictive value for CSF.2.The inflammatory response is involved in the development of CSF.
