Objective:The clinical data and Changes in the levels of biochemical indicators such as thyroid function, thyroid autoantibodies, myocardial enzyme and lipid were analyzed,to explore the clinical characteristics, and provide help for the early diagnosis and early intervention treatment of Graves patients with hyperthyroid heart disease.Methods:117 cases of Graves disease were selected from January2014 ~ December 2017 hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, and all patients were divided in two groups according to whether or not them were diagnosed with hyperthyroid heart disease: Graves disease with hyperthyroid heart disease group(n=56),and simple Graves disease group(n=61).Among them,The hyperthyroidism heart disease group was taken as the case group and the simple Graves disease group as the control group. The age, sex, course of disease, thyroid function, thyroid autoantibodies, myocardium enzymes, and serum lipids were collected from the two groups, and the changes inthe above indicators were analyzed.Results:1.Compared with the simple Graves' disease group, the heart disease group was older and had a longer duration. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).But the gender was no difference in the two groups(P>0.05).In the hyperthyroid heart disease group, the rates of cardiac enlargement, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, and atrial tachycardia were 69.64%,60.71%,28.57%,and 5.35%,respectively.2.The level of FT4 in the hyperthyroid heart disease group was higher than that in the simple Graves' disease group,There was difference in the two groups(P<0.05).white there was no significant difference in the levels of TT3,TT4,FT3,TSH,TgAb,TMAb and TRAb between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The levels of LDH,?-HBD,and CK-MB in the hyperthyroid heart disease group were higher than those in the simple Graves disease group,There was difference in the two groups(P<0.05).white there was no significant difference in the levels of LDH1 and CK between the two groups(P>0.05).In hyperthyroid heart disease group, the Rise Rate of level in myocardial enzymes LDH,-HBD and CK-MB was accounted for25%(14/56 cases)and 23%(13/56 cases),57%(32/56).4.The levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,and ?po AI in the hyperthyroid heart disease group were lower than those in the simple Graves disease group,There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),white there was no significant difference in the levels of ?poB and LP(?)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Graves' s disease with hyperthyroid heart disease is related to age, course of disease and FT4 level. We should pay attention to exclude hyperthyroid heart disease for Graves patients with larger age, longer course and higher FT4.When hyperthyroid heart disease occurs in patients with Graves disease, cardiac changes are mainly cardiac enlargement and atrial fibrillation, followed by heart failure.2.Patients with Graves' disease should be combined to monitor changes in myocardial enzymes LDH,?-HBD,CK-MB.when the myocardial enzymes LDH,?-HBD,CK-MB were elevated,We should pay attention to exclude hyperthyroid heart disease for Graves patients.3.In patients of Graves disease with hyperthyroid heart disease, the blood lipid levels are even lower, monitoring the changes of levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,and ?poAI,which can provide certain help for the diagnosis and assessment of the disease for the patients of Graves' s disease with hyperthyroid heart disease.
