Application And Curative Effect Of Autogenous Bone Combined With Allograft Bone Garaft In Revision Of Hip Jiont

Objective:To observe the application and short-term clinical effect of autogenous bone combined with allograft bone graft in revision of hip joint.Methods: The clinical data of 15 cases of hip revision surgery with autogenous bone combined with allograft bone transplantation were retrospectively analyzed,including 11 males and 4 females,aged 60.2 ±12.13 years.Frozen soft tissue around the prosthesis can remove the infection of articular cavity during the operation,and then the hip joint revision can be performed.The acetabular lateral bone defect was reconstructed by autogenous bone and allograft combined with compression bone graft,and followed up after operation.To evaluate the Harris joint score and visual analogue scale visual analogue score after hip revision,and to review the pelvic plain film regularly to find out whether there was bone mass absorption,prosthesis loosening,displacement and so on.To evaluate the short-term clinical effect of combined bone graft in hip revision operation and to provide reference for later clinical practice.Results: A total of 15 patients were followed up,mean follow-up time was 28.13 ± 11.02 months(12-48 months),the score of Harris hip joint was89.87 ± 1.92 points(P >0.05)at the time of discharge,the VAS score of the last follow-up was 1.33 ± 0.72(P >0.05).The vertical distance of the firstX-rays was 31.09 ± 4.04 mm and 31.42 ± 4.64 mm at the last follow-up.The average acetabular cup abduction angle was 43.02 ± 4.64 °,the last follow-up was 43.89 ± 4.61 °,P >0.05.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.After the operation,both the pelvis and the lateral femoral lateral X-ray showed no bone growth at the acetabulum defect.Conclusion:The combination of allograft and autogenous bone graft with bone defect during revision of hip joint can effectively serve as a good bone graft material and reconstruct acetabular effectively.The clinical effect is satisfactory in the short term and the medium and long term results need to be further observed.
