Objective:In this paper,the main chemical constituents of Lablab semen album and fried ingredients were analyzed,and to study the quality standard of Lablab semen album with fried processing.At the same time,The pharmacodynamics effect of Lablab Semen Album of before and after processing was studied.And to analyze the effect of the spleen antidiarrheal of Lablab Semen Album with different processed.This will provide a reference for the establishment and improvement of the quality standard of Lablab semen album with fried processing,in order to ensure the safe,effective and stable control of clinical application of Lablab semen album with fried processing.Methods:1.The contents of total phospholipids and crude lectins in Lablab semen album were determined by UV spectrophotometry.The contents of protein and free amino acids in Lablab semen album were determined by Kjeldahl method and amino acid analyzer method respectively.While researched a comparative study of the contents changing of over several components processed before and after.2.Kunming species mice were used as experimental animals.After the success of modeling,administrated by the extract of different processed products.Selected MTL,GAS,gastric emptying and intestinal advancement as indicators to study the changing of pharmacodynamics effect of Lablab Semen Album processed before and after.And to analyze the effect of the spleen antidiarrheal of Lablab Semen Album with different processed.3.According to quality requirements pieces in the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”,combined with the difference of Lablab semen album with fried processing,established quality standards in terms of traits,identification,examination,determination,ect.4.Contrast stove subsoil,Chi-shizhi and Yu-yuliang of pyrolysis characteristics and infrared spectrum similarity by Thermal analysis and FTIR technology,and then discusses the Chi-shizhi and Yu-yuliang instead of stove subsoil of scientific basis.Results:1.To determine the contents of total phospholipids,protein,free amino acids and crude lectins in Lablab Semen Album processed before and after.The results showed that the content of total phospholipids decreased,the protein content remained unchanged and free amino acid content increased,And a new amino acid: proline,high content,up to 63.33 mg / 100g;and determination of Lablab Semen Album in the lectin activity and content,after fried soil,the total lectin content significantly reduced,almost zero,Lectin after heating,was destroyed,its content significantly reduced.2.Pharmacodynamics,after processing,the mice of gastric emptying and intestinal advancement has a significant inhibitory effect,and it can restore the gastrointestinal hormone levels in mice induced by spleen diarrhea,so that it tends to normal.The spleen antidiarrheal has increased.Compared with Lablab Semen Album with different processed,its therapeutic effect is different.The therapeutic effect of stove subsoil group and Yu-yuliang group on mice gastric emptying and intestinal advancement to promote the inhibition and the regulation of serum MTL and GAS was stronger than that of the fried group,Chi-shizhi group and the bran fried group.3.The spots were clear and good resolution on TLC;It was maked limitation the moisture,ash,acid insoluble ash,extract,the main active substance content,ect in Lablab semen album with fried processing.4.The results contrast pyrolysis characteristics,stove subsoil,Chi-shizhi and Yu-yuliang characteristics of surplus in 400-600 ? for a period of weightlessness steps,but overall,the Chi-shizhi and Yu-yuliang pyrolysis characteristics without reflecting the stove subsoil pyrolysis characteristics of the complexity of the oven;Contrast infrared spectrum similarity degree is worth to stove subsoil as control,Chi-shizhi and stove subsoil similarity value is low,Yu-yuliang with stove subsoil similarity values in the medium level.Conclusion:In this experiment,the content of common substances were determined and compared in Lablab Semen Album processed before and after.Through the pharmacological experiment,the effect of spleen and antidiarrheal was enhanced after processing.After thermal analysis,FTIR technology and pharmacological experiment,the results showed that Yu-yuliang was more suitable for replacement of stove subsoil than Chi-shizhi;the optimum conditions for identification of white fried lentils were obtained,and the fried white beans were obtained from characters,identification,inspection and content determination.QC.It was establishde the TLC conditions and maked limitation the moisture,ash,acid insoluble ash,extract,the main active substance content,ect in Lablab semen album with fried processing.The study will provide preliminary theoretical and exoerimental basis for the quality control,the clinical application and the further research of Lablab semen album with fried processing.
