Objective:To understand the level of Resilience,Positive and negative Affect and Social Support with lung cancer.To analyze the relationship between their resilience,positive and negative affect and Social Support.To study the influencing factors of resilience with lung cancer.It will provide a theoretical basis for taking intervention measures to improve the level of resilience,to promote mental health and to improve the life quality with lung cancer.Methods:This study is a descriptive survey.By random sampling,the study selects 256 cases of postoperative patients with lung cancer,which is in accordance with the inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria during April 2017 to November 2017 in two level 3 hospital in Hunan.The patients were investigated by the general demographic data and clinical information questionnaire,the Connor-Davidson Resilience scale,the Positive and negative Affect Scale and Social Support Rating Scale.The SPSS24.0 statistical software is used to analyze and process the data.Statistical methods include descriptive statistics analysis,Pearson,Spearman related analysis,t-Test,analysis of variance and multiple linear stepwise regression,etc.Results:1.The total score of Resilience with lung patients is(59.42± 11.26),the dimension score of tenacity,strength,optimism is(30.30±6.34),(20.16±3.90),(8.96±2.07)respectively.2.The total score of positive affect with lung cancer is(29.91±4.33);the total score of negative affect with lung cancer is(21.14±4.30).3.The total score of Social Support with lung patients is(41.53±5.03),the score of objective support is(10.79±1.29),the score of subjective support is(24.53±3.34),the score of support availability is,(6.20±1.75).4.Univariate analysis shows that place of residence,education,average monthly earnings,therapeutic regimen and cancer pain affect the score of resilience of patients with lung cancer,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);multiple linear stepwise regression analysis shows that place of sex(X2),Symptomatic support therapY(X124),chemotherapy and radiotherapy(X125),other forms of chemotherapy(X156),positive affect(X17),support availability(X19)are put into the regression equation,the fitting multivariate linear regression equation is statistically significant(F=54.123,P=0.000<0.01).The patients who have highly education,therapeutic regimen,positive affect,negative affect operation show more.5.Pearson correlation analysis shows that positive affect was positively related to the resilience(r=0.738,P<0.01),and negative affect was negatively related to the resilience(r=-0.529,P<0.01).Social Support was positively related to the resilience(r=0.494,P<0.01).Conclusions:1.The mental resilience of lung cancer patients was(59.42 + 11.26),low than the general population.2.There is a positive correlation between psychological resilience and positive affect in patients with lung cancer,but a negative correlation with negative affect.There is a significant positive correlation between resilience and social support in patients with lung cancer.sex,Symptomatic support therapy,chemotherapy and radiotherapy,other forms of chemotherapy,positive affect,support availability factors have influence on the level of psychological resilience of lung cancer patients.
