Objective Aim to analyze the of postoperative recurrence stent assisted embolization of intracranial aneurysms with pure embolization of intracranial aneurysms in young patients,to reveal the factors associated with postoperative recurrence. Methods Browsing through the electronic medical record platform system to collect medical records of patients of 18-44 years old undergoing stent assisted or pure embolization surgery of intracranial aneurysm in neurology department in People's Hospital of Hunan Province from Jan.1st,2015 to Dec.31th,2017.Collecting eligible medical records information of patients, using Microsoft Excel 2010 to summary data.According to the postoperative recurrence in 6-12 months, the patients were divided into relapse group and non-relapse group.Using the SPSS 17.0 for statistical analysis.Results(1)For young patients with intracranial aneurysms, the average age was(39.24±4.84).53.7%of patients are from 40 to 44 years old.The incidence of intracranial aneurysms of women is higher than men. There is no statistical significance in gender distribution differences in groups of different age(P=0.663).(2)24.4%of the patients had history of smoking, there is no statistically significant difference distribution on postoperative recurrence(P= 0.807).43.9%of the patients had hypertension, there is no statistically significant difference distribution on postoperative recurrence(P=0.439).(3)According to a variety.of neurologic examinations and scales, only a small number of young patients with intracranial aneurysms is in a heavier condition on admission. There are deficiencies in focal neurological function or consciousness.Nearly 90 percent of the patients recovered well when they were discharged from the hospital.(4)Intracranial aneurysms in young patients appear mostly in anterior communicating artery(33.3%),posterior communicating artery(23.5%),internal carotid artery and branch artery(17.6%).Intracranial aneurysms in anterior circulation are obvious more than that in posterior circulation, there is a statistical significance(P=0),the risk of recurrence of intracranial aneurysms in the posterior circulation is greater.(5)The regular and irregular form proportion of intracranial aneurysms in young patients is 43.1%and 56.9%respectively,there is no statistically significant difference distribution on postoperative recurrence(P=0.354).(6)For small(56.8%),medium(33.3%),large(9.8%)of intracranial aneurysms, the longest diameter of intracranial aneurysms is relevant to the probability of its recurrence, there is a statistical significance(P=0.026).There is a bigger risk of recurrence in large intracranial aneurysms.(7)There are 6 cases of multiple intracranial aneurysms in young patients in 41 cases.Compared to single intracranial aneurysm, there is a statistical significance(P=0.018),the risk of recurrence of multiple intracranial aneurysms after interventional treatment is bigger.(8)Comparing with ruptured intracranial aneurysms(70.6%)and unruptured intracranial aneurysms(29.4%),and there is no statistical significance(P=0.154),and there is no significant correlation between intracranial aneurysm status and postoperative recurrence.(9)Stent assisted embolization of intracranial aneurysms and that of pure embolization treated 21 cases of intracranial aneurysm respectively in young patients, the risk of recurrence of the former is less than the latter.Conclusion(1)The postoperative recurrence of the stent assisted embolization of intracranial aneurysm in young patients is lower.(2)Intracranial aneurysms which in the posterior circulation, large and multiple are at higher risk of recurrence.
