Development And Preliminary Verification Of Hip Function Score Based On Patient Self-evaluation

Objective:To establish hip function score based on patient self-evaluation to improve and enrich hip function evaluation system.Methods:Based on the function and structure of the hip joint,using the relevant hip function scale for reference,the main items and questions contained in the scale are summarized,and the scale is further optimized after two rounds of consultation with the Delphi method.Scoring and weighting the importance,the basis of the judgment and the familiarity degree of the items and questions of the hip function score.The clinical verification of the hip function score for the patients with femoral head necrosis was carried out in the department of orthopedics and inpatient department of Shanghai sixth people's Hospital.Cases were collected and a database was established.To evaluate the feasibility,reliability,validity and further study of the score.Results:Based on the discussion of the study group,six main items with 13 questions were preliminarily identified as solicitation of the scale.Based on the results of the first theoretical questionnaire,the unqualified questions were removed,and the questionnaire was reorganized.In the second round,the evaluation of the importance of the main items and questions is consistent,and the expert opinion is well coordinated,so main items and questions have not been deleted.According to the experts' scores for each item and question,the assigned value of each question is determined,and separate bilateral scoring of some items and questions,However,we still need to further verify the total score conversion of patients' self-evaluation item.The Pearson coefficient of the patients self-evaluation hip score and Harris score,VAS were all higher than 0.7,with a high correlation.From the development of the scale and the correlation between the scores of questions in the item to which they belong is related than other items.The scale has good validity.Conclusions:The evaluation method of curative effect was preliminarily formed,which consisted of pain,living ability,walking ability,labor ability,corresponding ten questions with VAS score.Hip score based on patient self-evaluation has good feasibility,reliability and validity.It has good clinical application value and application prospect.
