Objective: To explore the parasympathetic(vagus)nerve liver its broken effect on blood lipid levels of rats and its relationship with hepatic AMPK level, neural regulation mechanism for the energy metabolism of indepth study to provide experimental basis. Methods: Through surgery method from broken rat liver branch of the vagus nerve(the experimental group,N=30)build remove parasympathetic(vagus)nerve of animal model,to observe rat eating, the change of urine, electronic weigh take off 15d(N=10),30d(N=10),45d(N=10)in the rat body weight, automatic biochemical analyzer test blood lipid levels, fasting glucose by applying the method of reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR)detection in the rat liver AMPK at each time point AMPK? mRNA expression level, protein Western Blot test(Western Blot)detection in the rat liver p-AMPK??AMPK? expression, control open abdominal exposure with liver from broken, set did not exert any interference factors of the control group. Results: 1.After the rat's vagal liver was fragmented, the experimental group began to eat significantly more on the third day, especially during the night, and the urine and urine increased significantly.2.The rats in the experimental group showed a significant decrease in the weight of the rats in the vagus nerve, which was 15 d,30d and 45 d,respectively(337.00±2.55)g,(359.40±12.18)g,and(367.40±7.44)g.3.The experimental group rats the vagus nerve liver has fallen off 15 d,30d and 45 d fasting plasma glucose(FPG),respectively(3.56±0.20)mmol/ L,(4.77±0.45)mmol/ L,(5.85±0.24)mmol/ L,from broken 15 d FPG compared with control group, significantly reduced,no significant change in 30 d,45d obviously increases, performance after the first reduce the change trend of rise.4.The TG level significantly decreased in the 30 days of the vagal liver fragmentation, with no significant changes in TC,HDL and LDL.5.The expression levels of AMPK mRNA and protein in the liver were significantly increased in 15 d,while those of the liver were significantly lower than that of 45 d,and no significant changes were observed in the 30 d.Conclusions: 1.The dissociation of the parasymptomatic(vagus)nerve could lead to a decrease in the level of fasting blood glucose(FPG)in rats, and a significant decrease in serum lipid(TG)level in the 30 d.2.Changes in blood glucose and lipid levels caused by the fragmentation of the vagus nerve may be related to changes in the expression level of the liver AMPK.
