Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy With Yiqi Qushi Huayu Recipe

Objective:Through clinical research of Yiqi Qushi Huayu Recipe for idiopathic membranous nephropathy,the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Qushi Huayu Recipe for idiopathic membranous nephropathy were evaluated and analyzed.Method:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given a low-salt,low-fat,high-quality protein diet with proper rest.The control group was given benazepril hydrochloride tablets(loftine)1 0 mg once daily to reduce urinary protein,statins were lipid-lowering,and diuretic treatment was given if necessary.The treatment group added Yiqi Qushi Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group for 12 weeks.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the improvement of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,before and after treatment monitoring 24h urinary total protein,plasma albumin,total cholesterol,triglycerides,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and other indicators.Data processing using SPSS22.0 statistical software for data analysis.Result:1.The total effective rate was 86.7%in the treatment group and 66.7%in the control group.The curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of TCM syndromes of both groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of syndromes in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly(P<0.01).3.Both urinary protein levels decreased and plasma albumin levels increased in both groups after treatment for 24 h,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).Total cholesterol and triglyceride levels decreased,and the treatment group had significant differences compared to the control group(P<0.01);Serum creatinine,urea nitrogen before and after treatment no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yiqi Qushi Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with IMN.2.Yiqi Quhu Huayu Recipe can reduce urinary protein in patients with IMN and increase plasma albumin levels in patients.3 Yiqi Quhu Huayu Decoction can improve the disorder of lipid metabolism and protect the renal function of IMN patients.
