Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Health Security Ability Between Provinces

In 2018,the government report focused on the implementation of the health China strategy.The realization of healthy China is not only an important basis for improving the people's health level,but also a major measure to coordinate the people's health level and the social and economic development.Along with promoting the development of social economy and the new health care reform in recent years,national health awareness gradually increased,the medical and health system is increasingly perfect,the level of people's health and body quality improved and healthy development in our country in the field of health care and enhance the ability of achieve.However,the imbalance between the provincial level and the level of health insurance is still hard to be ignored because of the imbalance of regional development.This not only leads to the difference of health service and health level between regions,but also impedes the healthy development of our economic society from the overall layout.Therefore,to explore and identify the factors that influence the construction and influence of health insurance capabilities and objectively evaluate the health security capabilities in China,is not only conducive to improving inter regional health equity,but also conducive to sustainable development in the health field.According to the provincial health safeguard ability as the research object,with balanced development as the focus of study,based on related literature review,research status and theoretical description on the construction of evaluation index system of health protection ability,using the factor analysis method to safeguard the health of all provinces and cities to analyze and study the situation.It is found that the health security ability of the provincial level is not balanced,the economic development in the region is not coordinated with the development of health resources,and the medical insurance system has a low overall level.Based on the main findings,we put forward strategies and suggestions for the coordinated development of health insurance between three provinces at the provincial level from the following aspects: balanced regional economic development,adjustment of health service system and improvement of medical insurance system.
