A Research Of The Status Of Cognitive Of Intensive Care Unit Acquired Weakness Of Nurses In Intensive

Objective To develop a questionnaire to objectively assess nurses' perception about ICU acquired weakness,investigate ICU-AW cognitive status of ICU nurses,and isolate the influencing factors.Methods The first draft of the questionnaire for ICU nurses ' cognition of ICU-AW was formed on the basis of literature review and semi-structured interview from December 2016 to December 2017.From Hubei,Beijing,Jilin,Sichuan,Shanghai and other 3 armor hospital ICU medical,ICU nursing management,ICU clinical nursing,rehabilitation therapy,respiratory therapy of 15 experts in the field of two rounds of enquiry for Delphi method,the formation of “The questionnaire of ICU nurses' cognition about ICU acquired muscle weakness” test manuscript.The paper questionnaire was used for the preliminary experiment,then the reliability and validity test was conducted and the content of the questionnaire was adjusted to form a formal investigation draft of “The questionnaire of ICU nurses' cognition about ICU acquired muscle weakness”.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status of ICU-AW cognition among ICU nurses in a three levels of first-class hospital in Hubei Province and analyze the influencing factors.Results By retrieving ICU acquired weakness of the related literature at home and abroad,interviewing six ICU medical,ICU nursing management,ICU clinical nurse specialists and two rounds of Delphi enquiring 15 experts in the field of ICU medical,nursing,respiratory therapy,respiratory rehabilitation,nursing education and so on,then a test manuscript was formed about “ The questionnaire of ICU nurses' cognition about ICU acquired muscle weakness”.The content including the ICU knowledge and skills acquired weakness(ICU acquired muscle weakness,ICU acquired muscle weakness of the concept of clinical manifestation,the harm of ICU acquired muscle weakness,risk factors for ICU acquired muscle weakness,ICU acquired the diagnosis of muscle weakness,acquired muscle weakness in the ICU nursing);ICU acquired attitude of muscle weakness(values and beliefs);The behavior of ICU acquired myasthenia(identity,compliance)a total of three first-level indicators,10 secondary indexes,35 items.The paper questionnaire was used for the preliminary experiment,and revisions were made on the basis of professional theory and reference to statistical results to formal investigation draft of “The questionnaire of ICU nurses' cognition about ICU acquired muscle weakness”,including 30 items.The questionnaire star was conducted among 178 ICU nurses from a third-level class in Hubei Province.The survey found that the ICU-AW nurses' cognitive level was uneven,different ages and ICU-AW training experiences of ICU-AW nurses,there was a statistically significant difference in ICU-AW knowledge and skills,attitudes,behavior scores,and questionnaire total scores(P<0.05).Conclusion This study constructs “The questionnaire of ICU nurses' cognition about ICU acquired muscle weakness”,including four level index,8 secondary index and 30 specific items of the knowledge of ICU-AW and skills of ICU-AW,the attitude of ICU-AW,the behavior of ICU-AW and so on.ICU nurses in ICU-AW cognitive level is uneven,whether to participate in ICU-AW training experience is the influence factor of ICU nurses to ICU-AW cognition level.It is imperative to construct the ICU-AW training system of ICU nurses to improve the ICU-AW cognition level of ICU nurses and to improve the nursing outcome of ICU-AW patients.
