| Objective:to observe the efficacy and safety of shenqizhilong dection in treating membranous with qi deficiency and blood stasis,To further promote the clinical application of Shenqi Zhilong decoction.Methods:a toral of 60 patients with stage ? ? membranous nephropathy were selected and divided into treatment group and control group.30 case in each group were treated with basic therapy and tacrolimus and shenqizhilongdecoction,while the control group were treated with basic therapy and tacrolimus for 12 weeks.To observe the changes of 24 hour urine protein quantity,serum albumin,total cholesterol,trigilceride,liver function,renal function,blood glucose,blood routine and coagulation roution,and to observe the efficacy and safety of shenqizhilong decoction in treating membranous nephropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Results:(1)Comparison of basic conditions: 60 cases of stage I n ll membranous nephropathy were andomly divided into treatment group(n =30)and control group(n=30).There were 18 males and 12 females in the treatment group with an average age of 45 years and an average course of 8 months.There were 16 males and 14 females in the control group with an average age of 46 years and an average course of 8 months.There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of total effective rate: Shenqi Zhilong decoction was used to treat membranous nephropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.In the treatment group,18 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective.3 cases were ineffective.the total effective rate was 90.00%.while in the control group,11 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.34%,The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).In the western medicine curative effect,the treatment group effective 7 examples,the effective 18 examples,the invalid 5 examples,the total effective rate 83.33%.The total effective rate was63.33%,and the effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3 cases in the treatment group,16 cases in the control group and 11 cases in the control group were ineffective.(3)Comparison of data before and after teratment:the scores of TCM syndromes,24-hour urinary protein,triglyceride,cholesterol and serum albumin were significantly lower than those before treatment,and serum albumin was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,24-hour urinary protein,triglyceride,cholesterol and albumin between the treatment group before treatment and after treatment(P > 0.05),but after treatment there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome score,24-hour urinary protein quantity,triglyceride and cholesterol between the treatment group and the control group,The serum albumin level in the treatment group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group,It was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in liver function,renal function,blood glu cose,blood routine and coagulation between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no signi can ifferen ewn he teamen group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).No abnormality of iver function.kidney function,blood glucose,bloo d routine and coagulation were found in the course of lifting therapy.Conclusion:1.Sheng Zhilong decoction has obvious curative effect on membranous nephropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and the total effective rate of TCM and WM treatment group is better than that of control group.Shenqi Zhilong decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of membranous nephropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type;3.Shenqi Zhilong decoction can effectively reduce 24-hour urinary protein,triglyceride,total cholesterol and increase serum albumin in patients with membranous nephropathy. |
