| Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy difference of Shenqi Dihuang Wuzi Decoction combined with Tripterygium glycosides Tablets and Tripterygium glycosides Tablets in the treatment of phospholipase A2 receptor(PLA2R)-associated idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)with TCM syndrome of spleen-kidney deficiency and wet stasis mutual junction,to explore a new idea of clinical treatment of PLA2R-associated IMN.Methods: 66 patients were enrolled in the study were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,33 cases in each group.The control group recieved basic treatment of western medicine and tripterygium glycosides tablets,experimental group patients was supplemented with Shenqi Dihuang Wuzi Decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The laboratory indexes and TCM clinical syndromes scores of the two groups of patients before and after the trial were collected,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results:(1)The total effective rate and TCM syndromes of the test group and control group were improved.The total effective rate of the experimental group(77.42%)was 25.81% higher than that of the control group(51.61%)(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome effective rate of the experimental group(80.65%)was 32.26% higher than that of the control group(48.39%)(P<0.01).(2)The laboratory test indexes of the experimental group and the control group were improved.The increase of serum albumin in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.01).The improvement of 24 h urine protein quantitative level,triglyceride and plasma fibrinogen in experimental group was better than that in control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum anti-PLA2 R antibody titer,serum total cholesterol and D-dimer levels between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).(3)In terms of safety,there was 1 female patient with menstrual disorder in both groups;In the control group,2 patients developed abnormal liver function.No significant adverse events occurred in the other patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions was not increased in the experimental group.Conclusions: Shenqi Dihuang Wuzi Decoction combined with Tripterygium glycosides Tablets can optimize the clinical comprehensive efficacy and TCM syndromes of PLA2R-associated IMN patients with TCM syndrome of spleen-kidney deficiency and wet stasis mutual junction,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
