| Purpose: in this paper,by using Biolog analysis under different electric acupuncture intervention with automatic identification system of Parkinson’s disease model of rat intestinal flora AWCD value differences,to compare different electricity for perkins model the influence of the activity of rat intestinal flora,in order to seek a better curative treatment,clinical treatment of Parkinson’s disease in new ways.Methods: the model of Parkinson’s rat was established by using 6-ohda(6-ohda)single-sided striatum two-target injection.The 72 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,sham operation group,medoba group,pulse electroacupuncture group,music electroacupuncture group.APO induced rat rotation behavior to evaluate PD model.After the success of the model,different treatment(intervention)methods were started according to the experimental requirements.The differences of the AWCD value of the intestinal flora of pd model rats with different electroacupuncture intervention were analyzed by Biolog-ECO.Results :(1)in the seventh day,the model group was compared with the normal group,and P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with the model group,P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Comparison between the electroacupuncture group and the model group,P < 0.05,was statistically significant,and compared with the western medicine group,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Music the curative group compared with model group,P < 0.05,statistically significant,compared with western medicine group,P < 0.05,statistically significant,compared with electric acupuncture group,P > 0.05,no statistical significance.(2)in the 14 th day,the model group was compared with the normal group,and P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with the model group,P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with the model group,P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with the western medicine group,P >0.05,no statistical significance;Music electroacupuncture group was compared with the model group,and P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with the western medicine group,P>0.05,no statistical significance;Compared with the electroacupuncture group,P>0.05 was not statistically significant.(3)in the 21 st day,the model group was compared with the normal group,and P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with the model group,P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with the model group,P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with western medicine group,P < 0.05 was of statistical significance.Music electroacupuncture group was compared with the model group,and P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with western medicine group,P < 0.05 was of statistical significance.Compared with the electroacupuncture group,P>0.05 was not statistically significant.(4)in the 28 th day,the model group was compared with the normal group,and P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance;Compared with the model group,P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with the model group,P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with western medicine group,P < 0.05 was of statistical significance.Music electroacupuncture group was compared with the model group,and P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Compared with western medicine group,P < 0.05 was of statistical significance.Compared with the electroacupuncture group,P < 0.05 was of statistical significance.Conclusion: the AWCD value of intestinal flora of rats in the leaky model group is lower than that of normal rats.The AWCD values of intestinal flora in rats with parkinsonism were hardly affected by the administration of dopamine in the western medicine group.(3)both acusector group of Parkinson’s disease model of rat intestinal flora AWCD value has more obvious influence,and music acusector group compared with electric acupuncture group,after 21 days is superior to the pulse electric acupuncture group.At day 28,the music electroacupuncture group was superior to the normal group,and the normal group was superior to the pulse electroacupuncture group. |
