Background: Breast cancer(BC,Breast Cancer)is the second most common cancer in the world, and is one of the most common cancer types among women. Both genetic and non-genetic factors are involved in the pathogenesis. At present, many breast cancer susceptibility genes/loci have been found through a lot of GWAS studies, but due to ethic heterogeneity, there are difference between different groups, for those breast cancer susceptibility genes/loci already found in European,it is necessary to verify them in the Chinese Han nationality. In recent years, with the development of high-throughput sequencing technology for cancer and precision medicine, many clinical trials have begun to focus on biomarkers which guide specific treatments.Estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)are important molecule markers and prognostic indicators of breast cancer. For purpose of clinical precision treatment,it is very necessary to detect the susceptibility genes/loci of specific breast cancer subtypes. Objective: Conduct association study between the confirmed breast cancer susceptibility genes/loci found in European and breast cancer molecular subtypes under different molecular states of ER,PR,HER2 in Chinese Han Women.Materials and Methods: Further study association between the early selected 32 SNPS and breast cancer of different ER,PR,HER2 states, conduct stratified analysis in early selected 3036 Chinese Han female breast cancer cases of different molecular subtypes.Using SPASS16.0 software and PLINK1.07 software for comparison and analysis between 3036 normal controls and samples of different breast cancer subtypes respectively to observe expression of these genes/loci under different breast cancer subtypes. Results: Final statistical analysis showed that, after comparing and analyzing the positive cases and negative cases groups of ER,PR,and HER2 respectively, generated P value failed to meet the the comparing standard, which illustrated that allele frequency of all the 23 SNPs may have no specific association with breast cancer molecular subtypes classified by states of ER,PR,and HER2.Conclusions: Through the study we found that in the Chinese Han female colony, the correlation between 23 SNPs on genes of EXO1,MAP3K1,FGFR2 etc and breast cancer susceptibility of Chinese Han nationality may not result from leading function of any under ER,PR,and HER2 states.deeper dig is necessary in study of specific breast cancer subtype of different ER,PR,and HER2 states.
