Research On Screening Key Technology Of New Medical Rescue Aircraft Critical Care

Objective Combined with the actual situation of air evacuation in China,with the method of literature review,this study has absorbed the research results at home and abroad,to set up the screening principles and standards of the key technologies of new medical care aircraft critical care.And try to establish a set of feasible,scientific and reasonable critical care of key technologies in the air transport,in order to meet the job requirements of the nursing staff and the medical services demand of patients,and to further enhance the treatment and care level,but also to provide some theoretical basis and guidance for cultivating professional flight nurses for our country.Method The methods of collecting and processing data in this issue include:(1)Literature research method: through the literature analysis method to collect articles about air evacuation at home and abroad,to provide the reference for the establishment of the key technologies of new medical aircraft critical care and the determination of primary alternative technical indicators.(2)Expert team issues: Five experts were selected to check the scientific and reasonable of the alternative technical indicators and the screening criteria of the key technologies,as well as to make some suggestions about the proposed expert advisory questionnaire.(3)Delphi expert consultation method: using Delphi method to evaluate the technical indicators from two aspects of key and feasibility,and initially identified the key technical indicators of the new medical rescue aircraft critical care.(4)Statistical Analysis Methods: the feedback results of two rounds of experts consultation were processed and screened by AHP and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,and the data were summarized and processed by using Excel 2003 and SPSS 17.0.Result 1.Build the new medical aircraft critical care key technology system in our country,determines the basic nursing technology,emergency nursing technology,nursing and war wound care technology 4 kinds,with alternative techniques in the two rounds of expert consultation in > 25% of variation coefficient as deleting standard,ultimately get the 4 first-level indicators and 36 second-level indicators.2.By using the AHP method,the weight of the first-level indicators are divided into: 0.166,0.064,0.451,0.319.The secondary indicators were sorted by TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method.And the top ten nursing technologies were:ECG monitoring on-board,cardiopulmonary resuscitation on-board,cardioelectric defibrillation on-board,Trauma to stop bleeding,dressing,fixed,handling on-board,CPR using on-board,pulse oxygen saturation monitoring on-board,electrocardiogram monitoring on-board,ventilator application on-board,intravenous infusion on-board,oxygen therapy on-board,suction method on-board,tracheal intubation,incision on-board.3.According to the reliability analysis of the Delphi method,the positive coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation are both 100% and the overall authority coefficient is 0.942 and 0.958.Besides,the first-level indicators,the secondary indicators(key)and the secondary indicators(feasibility)Kendall'W coefficient were 0.334,0.422,0.450 and 0.568,0.525,0.474,P <0.01 by Chi-square test,with statistical significance,indicating that experts agree on the consistency of indicators is relatively high,and the credibility of the survey results is also high.Conclusion This study summarizes and analyzes the new medical aircraft critical care key technology system with several methods.Closely combined with the particularity of the environment on the aircraft,it not only highlights the work characteristics of on-board critical care,but also embodies the unique specialties and has a certain scientific and operability.It provides a methodological and content reference for the flight nursing air evacuation in our country,and further promotes the standardization and specialization of air evacuation in China.It also provides certain references for the selection and reserve of air evacuation nursing talents in the future.
