Background and objective Lung cancer is currently one of the most rapidly growing and morbidly-occurring malignancies in terms of population health and life expectancy. In the past 50 years, the morbidity and mortality of lung cancer in most countries were significantly higher. The incidence and mortality of lung cancer in men accounted for the first place in all malignant tumors, the incidence rate of female accounted for the second place, and the death rate accounted for the second place. At present, surgical treatment is still the mainstay of treatment of lung cancer, and surgical treatment is a radical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),but most patients eventually die of lung cancer recurrence after radical operation. This article will explore the factors that influence the early recurrence and progression of NSCLC after radical surgery. We have looked forward to providing a more rational and comprehensive treatment plan for NSCLC patients with recurrence after surgery. So as early detection, early treatment,as much as possible to extend the survival of patients.Method This article retrospectively analyzed 120 patients with NSCLC recurrence after radical clinical data(Including the patient's preoperative, surgical and postoperative recurrence and other clinical conditions),Cases were collected from January 2013 to December 2016.According to the patient's clinical performance and related laboratory and medical imageology to complete the relevant data grouping comparison, from which to find those who affect the patient's recurrence-free interval(recurrence-free interval,RFI)factors.Result The clinical data of 120 patients with recurrent NSCLC after radical surgery were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software, including 74 male patients and 46 female patients. The youngest,31 years old,the oldest 86 years old,the median age of 57 years old.Tumor TNM stage: 35 patients(about 29.2%)in stage I,52 patients(about 43.3%)in stage II,33 patients(about 27.5%)in stage III.Squamous cell carcinoma in 41 cases(about 34.1%),adenocarcinoma in 69 cases(about 57.5%),not type in 10 cases(about 8.4%).Asymptomatic physical examination found 47 cases,73 cases of symptoms(irritating cough in 38 cases,19 cases of intermittent hemoptysis, chest pain in 10 cases, the other 6 cases).Postoperative treatment: 94 cycles of ?4 cycles(including 20 cases without treatment)were treated with ?4 cycles of 26 cases.Univariate analysis(Mann-Whitnery U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test)was used to analyze the categorical variables. The results showed that the age, gender,TNM stage and initial symptoms were chest pain, serum sodium level,first-The number of postoperative chemotherapy cycles is the influencing factor of early postoperative recurrence.Multivariate analysis was performed using an orderly logistic regression analysis. The results suggested that age,TNM stage and the first symptom of chest pain were the influencing factors of early postoperative recurrence. Conclusion There is a correlation between RFI and age, gender, initial symptom chest pain,TNM staging, serum sodium level and treatment cycle in NSCLC patients.Chemotherapy for patients with NSCLC postoperatively for more than 4 cycles is recommended to prolong the patient's non-recurrence time interval;followed by chest pain for the first visit to the clinic, patients younger than 65 and female at the time of surgery,or preoperative laboratory examinations of blood Patients with abnormal sodium recommendations to strengthen follow-up,early detection and early treatment to improve patient survival.
