Objective Analyzing the correlation between heart failure patients' high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).To assess the value of hs-CRP,NLR in predicting high lever BNP in heart failure patients' serum.Methods In 168 patients,we measured the serum lever of hs-CRP,BNP and other indexes.We also calculated NLR.These patients were divided into 4 groups by the lever of BNP,group A(BNP?465ng/L),groupB(BNP?738ng/L),group C(BNP?1316ng/L)and group D(BNP 4959ng/L).Referring to the baseline date,analyze the correlation between hs-CRP,NLR and BNP.We used logistic regression model analyzing these quota and assessing the value of hs-CRP,NLR in predicting high BNP lever independently.Results The quotas in 4 groups have significant difference,including NEU,LYM,NLR,hs-CRP.The hs-CRP has positive correlation with BNP(r=0.578;P<0.001).NLR has positive correlation with BNP(r=0.525;P<0.001).According to the logistic regression analysis,it shows that the hs-CRP(OR 1.124,95%CI1.060-1.192,P<0.001)and NLR(OR 1.309,95%CI1.111-1.542,P=0.001)may be independent predictors of high lever BNP.Conclusion The hs-CRP and NLR have positive correlation with BNP.The hs-CRP and NLR may be independent predictors of high lever BNP.
