Background Hemangiomas are a common form of surface tumors, most commonly found in infants and toddlers who are born and who are born.Although infantile hemangiomas are self-limiting and will subside over time, they are not the culprit in every case of hemangiomas Tumor can subside completely, therefore, these hemangiomas need intervention treatment as soon as possible.Propranolol was found to treat infantile hemangiomas in 2008,and many studies have shown good side effects and few side effects. However, some scholars believe that propranolol is still a short time to recognize hemangiomas, and the complication,if present,is a serious cardiovascular complication, and therefore opposes this.In this paper, propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas clinical efficacy, safety and mechanism of action to further increase awareness of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas. Methods From March 2016 to 2017.11,infants with infantile hemangiomas who were referred to the Department of Plastic Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and Anhui Pediatric hospital from March 2016 to March2017 were enrolled in this study.According to the randomized control principles,38 cases were enrolled according to established inclusion and exclusion criteria,19 cases in each group,Including 16 males and 22 females, aged from 1 month to 1 year old, routine blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrolytes and other tests. The experimental group was treated with propranolol orally at a dose of 1.5 mg / kg / d orally administered twice for 6 months. The control group was observed, for 6months.ELISA method to detect serum IGF2 and VEGF concentration levels. Before treatment, one week after treatment and six months after treatment, the therapeutic efficiency, serum IGF2 and VEGF levels. Results The effective rate was 89.47% in the experimental group and 63.16% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).After one week of propranolol treatment and 6 months of treatment, the serum IGF2 and VEGF(P <0.05).Compared with the experimental group, the levels of IGF2 and VEGF in the serum before treatment, after one week of treatment and after 6 months of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,IGF2 and VEGF concentrations in serum before treatment, after one week and after 6 months of treatment were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion Propranolol treatment of infantile hemangiomas,in the efficacy is determined, and can by increasing serum IGF2 levels, reduce the level of VEGF,to achieve the effect of treatment of infantile hemangiomas.Worth clinical application.
