ObjectiveThe nutritional status(hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, prealbumin, lymphocyte count, creatinine),comfort, postoperative anus exhaust, defecation time, days of hospitalization and postoperative complications were compared to understand the overall status of the patients after radical gastrectomy for first and seventh days after operation. To provide guidance for postoperative comfort care of patients with gastric cancer.MethodsA convenient sampling method was adopted to select 144 cases of radical gastrectomy in the Department of general surgery,Henan Cancer Hospital in October 2016 ~2017,and 72 cases of the control group. The observation group and the control group were treated as the control group, and the jejunostomy tube was the observation group. The research tools included the general data questionnaire and the comfort scale. The two groups were assessed at first days and seventh after the operation. The reliability of the scale is used by Krone Bach alpha.Compared with the patients with gastric cancer in two different ways of feeding tube placed for first days, after seventh days of hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, pre albumin, lymphocyte count, serum creatinine, hospitalization and comfort,to understand the overall status of the patients and nurses, with professional knowledge and skills, more scientific for the patient to relieve pain and to satisfy the patient's comfort requirements,so as to improve the satisfaction of patients in the hospital.Results1 The analysis results of baseline data were 41 and 31 cases in the observation group, the average age was(55.99±6.057)years,the control group was full of stomach,45 and 27 cases of gastric subtotal cut,the average age was(54.83±7.699)years old.The average age of the two groups, the sex, age, marriage and other general materials were not statistically significant, the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).2 The comfort level of the observation group increased significantly on the first and the seventh day after operation, and the score of comfort gradually increased with the extension of time(P <0.05).3 In the observation group, there were significant differences in the hemoglobin, total protein, albumin and prealbumin between the first and seventh days after operation(P <0.05).4 In the control group there were significant differences in comfort score and total comfort score between the first days and seventh days after operation in the control group(P <0.05).5 In the control group, there were significant differences in total protein, albumin and prealbumin between the first and seventh days after operation(P <0.05).6 The scores of physiological and psychological dimensions in the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05),but there was no statistical significance(P >0.05)in the social and environmental dimension scores(P >0.05),and the social dimension was the highest and the physiological dimension was the lowest in all the dimensions.7 There was no statistically significant difference in the first day after surgery between the two groups of patients:hemoglobin total protein, albumin, prealbumin, lymphocyte count, creatinine clearance(P >0.05).8 The scores of physiological dimensions in the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no difference in the social, psychological and environmental dimensions(P > 0.05),and the social dimension was the highest, followed by the environmental dimension and the psychological dimension.9 Two groups of patients with postoperative seventh day laboratory examiniation indexes, hemoglobin, total portein, albumin before thee difference was statistically significant,in albumin, lymphocyte count(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference creatinine clearance(P > 0.05).10 The difference between the two groups in the anal exhaust time was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the exhaust time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.11 the two groups of patients completed enteral nutrition.During the nutritional support, the common complications were nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention and diarrhea. There were 4 cases of complications in the observation group, the percentage was 5.56,and the control group had 12 cases, the percentage was 16.67,the two groups of patients were tested by chi square test, the difference was statistically significant(?2 = 4.367 P < 0.05).Conclusions1 The comfort degree of patients with indwelling jejunal fistulas is higher than those placed by nasal nutrition.2 The hemoglobin, total protein and prealbumin recovered rapidly on the seventh day after the operation.3 The time of anal exhaust is shorter in patients with indwelling jejunal fistulas than in nasal feeding tubes.4 There were fewer complications in placing the jejunal fistulas than nasostomy tube.
