The Study On The Promotion Of Service Capacity Of Preventive Inoculation Clinic In Q District H City

Vaccination is one of the important interventions in the prevention and control of national comprehensive infectious diseases.According to human's need to prevent and control infectious diseases,some vaccines are inoculated to achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling infectious diseases.The preventive inoculation work in the new period is the specific implementation of the national immunization planning strategy and the administrative act of the government to implement the new policy of "prevention first,health service for the people" is the most economical and effective measure to prevent and control infectious diseases.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the ability of vaccination service,not just to satisfy people's multi-layered,diversification medical needs,but also to achieve the transformation of the health service system from "strong muscle" to "ability improve".H city Q area taking efforts to provide the people with the intent of the quality of health services,and vaccination work has made great progress,improving continuously the immune programming work,vaccination outpatient service building covering the entire area,the urban and rural clinic vaccination rates are maintained by more than 90%,and the targeted diseases of the vaccine have been reduced to the lowest level in history.However,with the rapid development of society,the diversity and complexity of people's demands for vaccination are increasing day by day,posing a huge challenge to the ability of vaccination service in Q district.Taking the Q district of H city as an example,this paper studies the problems that restrict the improvement of inoculation ability in the Q district.Based on the theory of public health service supply,it introduces a scientific method to evaluate the current situation of vaccination ability in the Q district,with a view to changing government functions and improving service ability,and finds improvement directions for the improvement of vaccination service ability in the Q district,so as to ensure the practical effect of vaccination work.Based on the annual report of the inoculation work in the Q district of H city,this paper starts from the investigation of the implementation of the inoculation outpatient staff system and the satisfaction of the parents of the vaccinated children in the Q district,and use the combination of empirical research and data analysis to find out the problems of the community vaccination service ability in the Q district from the four dimensions of human resources,equipment resources,management status and service quality.In terms of a series of problems in service capacity,such as weak construction of service team,insufficient reception capacity of resources,limited management work in forms,unimproved service satisfaction,etc.,optimization strategies and Suggestions on strengthening team construction,improving facilities and equipment,innovating management mode,improving service quality and improving the ability of preventive inoculation service in Q district are proposed.Study aims to through the study of Q district vaccination service ability,outstanding problems that exist in the in-depth analysis of service ability,put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,and then to Q district provide certain reference for public health service development.
