Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Sanjiao Periodical Therapy On Yang Deficiency In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: This trial purposes to explore the impact of the sanjiao periodical therapy on Yang deficiency in patients with chronic heart failure by clinical observation.Methods: 1.60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,and there were 30 cases in each group.The control group patients were given routine standard western medicine treatment,while the treatment group patients were given the sanjiao periodical therapy(including Cassia twig Method,Sini Method and replenishing essence and consolidate origin method)based on the regular western medicine treatment.The period of treatment was three weeks.The statistical methods,such as T test,chi-square test and rank test were used to analyse the data.2.The symptoms and signs of the patients were recorded before and after treatment,and to evaluated the scores and efficacy evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes,the cardiac function classification of New York Heart Association(NYHA)and the change and the efficacy of evalution of heart failure score.3.To observe the change of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of patients by peforming the Echocardiography before and after treatment.4.To Determine brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels in the plasma before and after treatment.5.To measure the content of renin(PRA),Angiotensin II(Ang II)and Aldosterone(ALD)in the plasma before and after treatment.5.To detect and record the blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renel function and ECG.Results: 1.Compared two groups of patients after treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group in TCM syndrome integral,NYHA heart function classification,heart failure scores,LVEF,BNP and PRA,Ang II,ALD levels is superior to that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the curative effect of two groups in TCM syndrome integral,NYHA heart function classification,heart failure scores,LVEF,BNP and PRA,Ang II,ALD levels is obviously better than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups during the study.Conclusions:There was exact curative effect in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure by the sanjiao periodical therapy.The sanjiao periodical therapy can be used to adjust RAAS of the neuroendocrine system to improve the TCM symptoms,cardiac function,the signs and symptoms of heart failure,left ventricular ejection fraction and brain natriuretic peptide on yang deficiency in patients with chronic heart failure,and there was no obvious deverse reactions,which is deversed further study and application.
