Clinical Curative Effective Research Of Shuxuetongmai Granule On Post-stroke Congnitive Impairment Patient.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shu-Xuetongmai Granule combined with donepezil hydrochloride on patients with Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Method: On the base of standard of PSCI 60 cases patients were randomly average divided into the observation group and the control group.Both of goup were treated with basic treatment.The control group was treated with Donepezil Hydrochlorid.The Observation group was treated with Shuxuetongmai Ganule and Donepezil Hydrochlorid every day for 3 month.And before intervention,1 week after intervention,4 weeks after intervention and 3 months after the intervention of patients made MMSE scale,Mo CA scale,CSS scale,the ability of daily life(ADL)assessment of Barthel index scale.Otherwise,keep detailed records of patients with adverse reactions.Result: The observation group and the control group were improved in the MMSE score,the Mo CA score,the CSS score,the Barthel index,which showed that the treatment was effective.And when the intervention reached 3 months,the results of observation indexes above the observation group were better than those in the control group only using conventional treatment.The results showed that the effect of the observation group was better than the control group at 3 months.Conclusion: Shuxuetongmai Granule can significantly improve cognitive function,repair neurological deficit and improve the quality of life of patients with PSCI patient,and has definite clinical efficacy,and the clinical application of Shuxuetongmai Granule is safe and reliable.
