Meta-analysis Of Efficacy And Safety Of Traditional Chinese Medicine With Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy In The Treatment Of Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective:To evaluate the.efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma applying the Cochrane system approach.Methods:Databases Cochrane such as Library,PubMed,(SCI)Web of Science,Embase,Wanfang,VIPand CNKI were retrieved through the computer.The publication time of incorporated documents was from January 01,2000 to July 01,2017.Studys of traditional Chinese medicine combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma on clinical randomized controlled trials should be retrieved.Then,the Meta-analysis on the efficacy and safety of the 2 chemotherapy methods will be made.Results:Thirty-two RCTs including 2238 patients were eligible for Meta-analysis;There were statistically significant differences in the improvement of objective efficiency[OR=2.50,95%CI(2.02,3.10),P<0.00001],rate of disease control[RR=1.11,95%CI(1.04,1.19),P=0.001],the incidence rate of gastrointestinal reaction[OR=0.47,95%CI(0.36,0.62,P<0.00001],the incidence rate of Leucocyte decline[OR=0.45,95%CI(0.34,0.61),P<0.00001],the incidence rate of platelet decline[OR=0.64,95%CI(0.42,0.98),P =0.04],the incidence rate of myelosuppression[OR=0.60,95%CI(0.39,0-93),P = 0.02],the incidence rate of nausea and vomiting[OR=0.34,95%CI(0.16,0.76)P = 0.008],improvement rate of KPS score[OR=3.88,95%CI(2.47,6.10),P<0.00001],KPS scoring[MD=10.73,95%CI(7.64,13.81),P<0.00001],TBIL scoring[MD=-7.66,95%CI(-13.29,-2.03),P=0.008],immune index CD4+[MD=6.60,95%CI(2.61,10.59),P=0.001],immune index CD4+/CD8+[MD=0.34,95%CI(0.11,0.57),P=0.003],half year survival rate[OR=1.67,95%CI(1.10,2.55),P=0.02],1 year survival rate[OR=1.91,95%CI(1.43,2.56),P<0.0001],2 year survival rate[OR=1.88,95%CI(1.30,2.72),P=0.0009],ALT scoring[MD=-34.36,95%CI(-49.91,-18.81),P<0.0001].No statistical significance was observed in the immune index CD8+[MD=0.26,95%CI(-6.97,10.18),P=0.96].Conclusions:Compared with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy alone,the traditional Chinese medicine combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma can significantly improve objective efficiency,rate of disease control,improvement rate of KPS score,KPS Scoring,TBIL scoring,immune index CD4+,immune index CD4+/CD8+,half year survival rate,1 year survival rate,2 year survival rate,ALT scoring,gastrointestinal reaction,leucocyte decline,Platelet decline,myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting.There is no improvement in the immune index CD8+..
