Clinical Study On Single J Tube Prefront Flow Rinsing Ultrasonic Lithotripsy And Lithotripsy In Prevention Of Ureteral Lithiasis

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safetyof single-J tube preanectal irrigation and transurethral ureteroscopic ultrasonic lithotripsy in preventing residual ureteral calculi.Methods:68 cases of ureteroscopic lithotripsy were selected in the Department of Urology,from Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during October 2015 to December 2017 years.Stratified random sampling was used to group.A total of 34 caseswere selected in the observation group,of whom with narrow ureteral orifice were firstly expanded.The guide wire was directly inserted and the 5F single J tube wasled into 2cm to 3cm above the stone,after placing the ureteroscope.Put the single J tube outside the mirror and enter the mirror to the stone.The single-J tube was perfused with a saline irrigation solution,then the stones were crushed with Swiss fifth-generation Ultrasonic Crushed Stone and removed by a negative pressure adsorption system.For the larger and harder stones,it were first crushed into small pieces by pneumatic trajectories,and thenapplied byultrasonic lithotripsy.Thirty-four patients were selected in the control group,whom wereunderwent bythe ureteroscopic artificial water injection retrograde flushing and pneumatic lithotripsy.SPSS17.0 statistical software is used to analyze the data.The detection data is expressed as "mean standard deviation".The measurement data were tested by T,and the count data were compared by the chi-square test.All the results were statistically significant with p<0.05 as a difference.Results: In the observation group,the stone was moved inone patient(residual rate was 2.94%),and the rate ofclearingstone was 97.06%..In the control group,the stone was moved intorenal pelvis in8 cases(the residual rate was 23.53%),and the rate ofclearing stone was76.47%.No complications such as ureteral injury and urinary sepsisoccurred in both groups.Conclusion:It is safe and feasible for applying single-J tube pre-flow flushing transurethral ureteroscopic ultrasonic lithotripsyin the treatment of ureteral calculi.The rate of removingstone is high.It is worth further promotion and application.
