Objectives:The aim of this study was to investigate rumination,social support,and coping modes of patients with colorectal cancer to understand the status of ruminative meditation,social support,and coping modes in patients with colorectal cancer;meanwhile,to analyze the influencing factors of rumination;The relationship between deliberate rumination and social support and coping mode;to provide targeted psychological interventions for patients with colorectal cancer,improve the enthusiasm of patients with colorectal cancer during treatment,improve mental status,and improve the quality of life.Methods:In this study,a questionnaire survey method was used.At the same time,a convenient sampling method was used to investigate colorectal surgery at a Class A hospital in Changchun City.From June 2017 to November 2017,a total of 171 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to this department were included in the survey and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Survey tools were used:General Information Questionnaire,Simplified Chinese version of the event-related rumination penetrating questionnaire,perceived social support scale,medical coping mode scale.The database was established by Epidata3.1 software,and the data entered was statistically analyzed using SPSS21.0 software.Descriptive analysis or one-way analysis of variance,t test,Pearson correlation analysis,Speannan correlation analysis,multiple stepwise regression were used to process the collected data.Results:1.The rumination contemplation of patients with colorectal cancer was(45.93±12.87)points,the intrusive rumination was(18.23±5.16)points,and the goal deliberate rumination was(8.09±4.85)points.2.The total score of social support for colorectal cancer patients was(57.72±9.16)points,the family support dimension score was(21.04±3.57)points,the friend support dimension score was(17.14±3.72)points,and other support dimension scores were(19.54±3.20)points.In the coping mode of patients,face dimension score was(10.93±3.53)points,avoidance dimension score was(13.18±1.84)points,and yield dimension score was(5.00±1.87)points.3.The results of univariate analysis showed that the patients with colorectal cancer had invasive ruminative meditation on gender,place of residence,per capita monthly household income,education level,marital status,payment method,BMI,treatment being received,smoking status,The difference in drinking status was statistically significant(P<0.05).The purpose of recurrence rumination of colorectal cancer patients was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the six areas of residence,education level,religious beliefs,marital status,current working status,and payment methods for medical expenses.4.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the family average monthly income,marital status,payment methods for medical expenses,BMI,treatment methods being accepted,and whether alcohol consumption were the main influencing factors of invasive ruminative contemplation in patients with colorectal cancer.Explain the patient's 63.4%of variance;education,religious beliefs,marital status,and current working conditions are the four main factors affecting objective ruminative contemplation in patients with colorectal cancer,which can explain the 18.8%variation in patients.5.Correlation analysis showed that invasive ruminative contemplation of patients with colorectal cancer was positively correlated with family support and avoidance,and negatively correlated with yield(P<0.05).The purposeful ruminative contemplation of patients with colorectal cancer was positively correlated with family support and avoidance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The colorectal cancer patients had a higher level of rumination and meditation,and the social support was better.The avoidance,face,and yield were higher.2.The main influencing factors of invasive ruminative contemplation in patients with colorectal cancer are average family monthly income,marital status,payment methods of medical expenses,BMI,treatment methods being accepted,and drinking status;the main influencing factors of purposeful rumination contemplation are The level of education received,religious beliefs,marital status,and current working conditions.3.Invasive rumination of patients with colorectal cancer was positively correlated with family support and avoidance,and negatively correlated with yield.The purposeful rumination of patients with colorectal cancer was positively correlated with family support and avoidance.
