Study On Hepatic Protection And Anti-HBV Effect Of Trametes Versicolor

Trametes versicolor is a kind of precious medicinal fungi,has many pharmacological effects,especially obvious therapeutic effect on liver disease,the artificial culture technique of Trametes versicolor mycelium and has obtained the very good development,but compared with the wild versicolor,research activity is still very little mycelium.Hepatoprotective effect and anti-viral effects of Trametes versicolor were studied in this paper.First of all,two animal models of acute alcohol were constructed by means of alcohol gavage to evaluate the changes of liver status and hepatitis markers in mice with alcohol influence and hepatitis B virus(HBV)influence.Based on the existing fermentation method,the preparation of Coriolus versicolor mycelium,the model mice were administered treatment,in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Trametes versicolor mycelium of alcohol combined with HBV induced hepatitis.This article through the detection of liver injury markers ALT and AST content,and by immunohistochemical HE staining of liver and HBV surface antigen staining in the experimental evaluation of liver alcohol stimulation,HBV invasion,liver injury caused the combined effects of alcohol and HBV,and the quantitative determination of inflammatory factor TNF-alpha,IFN-gamma and IL-6 in order to evaluate the alcohol,stimulation,HBV invasion,inflammation leads to combined effects of alcohol and HBV.It was found that the levels of ALT and AST in the blood of mice affected by alcohol and HBV were higher than that of single alcohol stimulation,and the invasion of HBV was higher.At the same time,the trend of inflammatory factors is the same as that of liver damage markers.The expression of HBsAg in the combined action of alcohol and HBV increased by about 50% in mice compared with the single HBV mice.Pathological sections showed that the liver of mice affected by alcohol and HBV had larger intercellular space,and the liver tissue was changed.The levels of inflammation showed that the overall level of inflammation in mice affected by alcohol and HBV was significantly higher.After two weeks of treatment of Trametes versicolor alcohol stimulated mouse test results showed that the mycelium of Trametes versicolor significantly reduced alcohol liver injury,and reduced inflammation and oxidation levels induced by alcohol.At the same time of Trametes versicolor mycelium for two weeks in the treatment of the injury markers ALT and AST content of alcohol and HBV in liver,HBV surface markers were significantly reduced.It also effectively regulates the level of inflammation and the level of oxidation to the normal level.The difference of liver injury and the single factor experiment compared with alcohol induced by HBV,HBV and the combined effects of alcohol on the liver of mice,given the treatment of Trametes versicolor has a good protective effect on the liver of mice,that Coriolus versicolor has hepatoprotective and anti hepatitis B virus activity.To provide scientific data support for the extensive application of the clinical value of Coriolus versicolor,and great social significance.
