Study On The Optimization Of Medical And Health Resource Allocation In Jingxi City

The irrational allocation of medical and health resources has hindered the sustainable development of health services to a certain extent,which is particularly prominent in our country.Therefore,how to allocate medical and health resources fairly and reasonably and improve the efficiency of resource allocation has become a key issue for deepening the reform of the medical and health system in China.This study selected Jiangxi City in the southwestern ethnic minority areas as the research object.Based on field visits and data collection,the health organization,human resources,material resources,financial resources,and utilization of medical and health resources in Jiangxi City were selected.The situation and other specific situations are analyzed and compared in depth.After analysis,the conclusions are drawn:The total amount of medical and health resources allocated in Jiangxi City has increased year by year,but there is a clear gap in the resource allocation between urban and rural areas.Based on the existing problems,the reasons for the problems in the medical and health resources in Jingxi City were further analyzed:long-term urban-rural dual insurance system restrictions;the defects of the traditional medical and health management system;insufficient financial resources for medical and health resources;the lack of government responsibility in the allocation of medical and health resources.This article analyzes the allocation of medical and health resources to the United Kingdom,the United States,and Germany.Summarize the experience of medical and health allocation in foreign countries and provide reference for promoting the rational allocation of medical and health resources in Jiangxi City.Finally,the suggestions for optimizing the allocation of medical and health resources in Jingxi City are put forward based on the actual situation of the city's configuration:build a complete medical security system;establish a new type of medical and health service system;strengthen the management and construction of talents;clear government responsibility;increase investment in health care resources.To optimize the allocation of medical and health resources and improve the efficiency of the use of medical and health resources to provide a reference basis,thus promoting the healthy development of medical and health services in the ethnic minority areas in Southwest China.
