Objective:To explore and analyze the relationship between vaginal flora and pregnancy outcome in the third trimester of pregnancy. Methods:From November 2016 to November 2017,the gestational age was 34-40 weeks. At the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College,694 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy were selected as the subject of this study, pregnant women with vaginal secretions aerobe training, aerobic bacteria culture will be positive according to the results of the laboratory of 307 cases of late pregnancy pregnant women set a positive group, aerobic bacteria culture will be negative in 387 cases of late pregnancy pregnant women set a negative group, the collected data statistics and finishing, and the comparison and analysis between the two groups in premature rupture of membranes, cesarean section, premature birth, puerperal infection, postpartum hemorrhage and pathological jaundice, neonatal asphyxia and low birth weight and neonatal infections differences.Results:1.In 694 cases of late pregnancy,16 kinds of bacteria were detected in vaginal secretions of pregnant women,307 cases(44.24%)of them were found in total, while 198 cases(28.53%)of fungi were detected in 307 cases of positive culture of aerobic bacteria, and the infection rate was the highest. At the same time, the infection rate of Candida albicans was the highest, with 128 cases(18.44%)of Candida albicans,51 cases(7.35%)of Candida smoothing,8 cases(1.15%)of Candida cerevisiae,5 cases(0.72%)of mycelium near Candida smoothing and 6 cases(0.86%)of other fungi, respectively. The next were Gram-positive bacteria. The infection rate of Group B streptococcus was the highest(47 cases,6.77%),Staphylococcus epidermidis and Enterococcus faecalis(12 cases,1.73%),other gram-positive bacteria(18 cases,2.59%),and Gram-negative bacteria(20 cases,2.88%),the infection rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was the highest.A total of 6 cases(0.86%),4 cases(0.58%)of Escherichia coli,Proteus mirabilis and Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia subspecies,2 cases(0.29%)of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.2.Maternal pregnancy outcomes were compared:(1)The incidence of premature rupture of membranes and puerperal infection in positive group was 69.71% and 2.28 respectively, and the incidence of premature rupture of membranes and puerperal infection in negative group was 56.85% and 0.26 respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in premature rupture of membrane and puerperal infection(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage and premature delivery were 49.19%,27.69% and 5.54% in the positive group,47.03%,25.84% and 5.17% in the negative group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in cesarean section, premature delivery and postpartum hemorrhage(P> 0.05).3.In comparison child pregnancy outcomes:(1)the incidence of neonatal infection in the positive and negative groups was 63.84% and 48.32%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(2)Positive group pathological jaundice, neonatal asphyxia and the incidence of premature and full-term infants with low birth weight infants were 29.97%,10.75%,34.53% and 9.77%,negative group pathological jaundice, neonatal asphyxia and the incidence of premature and full-term infants with low birth weight infants were 26.87%,10.34%,36.43% and 10.08%,the two groups in the pathological jaundice, neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight infants between the differences were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:In the aerobic culture of vaginal secretions in late pregnancy,Candida cerevisiae accounted for the largest proportion, and the rate of premature rupture of membranes, puerperal infection and neonatal infection was obviously increased due to the breaking of the microecological balance of vagina in the third trimester of pregnancy.
