Objects:To investigate the risk factors of titanium mesh cage subsidence post anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion(ACCF).Methods:44 patients underwent ACCF 2014.07~2016.06.Each patient were taken the X-ray,pre operation, post operation(3d,3m).According to the height of the anterior border,we divided the patients into two groups. To analyse the subsidence correlation shipfactors,we took these factors into consideration including :age, gender, operative segment?diagnosis?Cobb angle, tilt angel of the cage implacement, the characteristics of the cage implacement. Results:Titanium mesh cage subsidence occured in 27(61.36%)patients after3.Age,gender,operative segment ? diagnosis ? Cobb angle show no difference between the two group(P>0.05).But the tilt angel of the cage implacement, the characteristics of the cage implacement.shows difference between the two group(P < 0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that the tilt angel of the cage implacement is the risk factor(P<0.05).Conclusions:The tilt angel of the cage implacement, the characteristics of the cage implacement between the two groups showed significant difference(P < 0.05)The risk factor that influnce titanium mesh cage subsidence is the tilt angel of the cage implacement, which point out the critical angle is 8.6° clearly.
