Objective we fed rats with high fat diet for causing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and at the same time to the lotus leaf intragastric administration,then observed the change of cholesterol and liver pathology to further explore its possible role of the intervention mechanism for the development of nonalcoholic fatty liver effective medicine for the development of non-alcoholic fatty liver effective medicine,Lotus leaf expansion of the scope of clinical application to provide experimental basis.Methods 60 SD rats(female and male are half and half)were randomly divided into control group(normal diet distilled water gavage)10;high-fatty model group(high fat diet distilled water gavage)1O;Essentiale group(high fat diet Essentiale gavage)10;lotus leaf of low-dose group(high fat diet of 9g/100ml lotus leaf gavage)10;lotus leaf of middle-dose group(high fat diet of 18g/100ml lotus leaf gavage)10;lotus leaf of high-dose group(high fat dietof 36g/100ml lotus leaf gavage)10,42days,fasting executed,said the liver index,blood testing ALT,AST,AKP,TG,TC and liver pathology morphology.Results ?non-alcoholic steatohepatitis modeling success.?The high-fatty model group female rat weight and liver index was higher than the control group(P<0.05),lotus leaf of every group and essentiale group female weight was significantly lower than the high-fatty model group(P<0.05);lotus leaf of high-dose group liver index was lower than the high-fatty model group(P<0.05).?The high-fatty model group rats ALT?AST?AKP?TC?TG was higher than that of blank group(P<0.05),lotus leaf of high-dose groups of rats ALT?TC?TG was significantly lower than that high-fatty model group(JP<0.05).Essentiale group of rats TG was lower than that high-fatty model group(P<0.05).?The high-fatty model group was found in rat liver cells diffuse liver steatosis,lobular inflammation associated with the area and the infiltration of inflammatory cells,but not liver fibrosis;The liver steatosis and hepatic tissue inflammatory activity compared to the high-fatty model group and control group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);Lotus leaf of every dose group and Essentiale group rats the degree of liver cells diffixse lower than the high-fatty model group(P<0.05).Lotus leaf of high-dose group and middle-dose group rat the degree of inflammatory activity less than he high-fatty model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early,with adequate quantity of lotus leaf intervention to reduce the level of liver index and ALT?TC?TG and decrease the degree of inflammatory activity.Early,with appropriate quantity of lotus leaf intervention to reduce weight and improve the hepatic steatosis.
