| Objective:To explore gestational age,birth weight,delivery way in neonatal asphyxia(NA)in Yan Bian University Hospital and analysis and survey in order to understand the clinical characteristic of NA in this area,and puts forward the preventive measures,effectively reduse the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and prevention of long-term complications as much as possible.Methods:In the form of January 1,2010-December 31,2014,285 cases of asphyxia newborn,using a questionnaire of asphyxia children with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Survey content includes basic clinical situation,children with mother,perinatal conditions,complications,laboratory examination and prognosis,etc.Results:Neonatal asphyxia 285 cases,16.7%of total numbers of the newborn with NICU in the same time.The han nationality/Korean-Chinese nationality ratio was 3:1.The average gestational age(GA)was 35.6±3.5 weeks,and average birth weight(BW)was 2494±856g.60.7%were premature and low birth weight was 11.2%;Place of birth is given priority to with county and municipal hospitals,the proportion is 48.8%and 49.1%;Severe group is relatively mild myocardial enzymes and isozyme value increases.The number of the asphyxia group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the number of the severe group is higher than that of the slight group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of abnormal blood glucose was significantly higher in infants with severe group than those in infants with slight group(P<0.05).The rate of mortality was 13.7%.Conclusions:1.No difference between incidence of NA in the Korean-Chinese nationality and han nationality;2.In children with asphyxia,premature majority,closer relationship with asphyxia;3.Neonatal asphyxia has high fatality rate;4.The more severe asphyxia,the higher incidence of abnormal glucose;5.Children with severe asphyxia group degree of myocardial enzyme and its isozyme increased significantly in the mild asphyxia group. |
