Post-evaluation Of Rural Safe Drinking Water Project Construction

Water is the basis for human survival and development.The safety of drinking water in rural areas is closely related to the life safety of villagers and has a great correlation with the quality of life of villagers.The rural drinking water safety project is a project for the benefit of the people,because the construction of this project is intensified,the problems caused by its operation link become more and more serious.The post-construction evaluation of rural drinking water safety projects involves many subjects such as local governments and water conservancy administrative departments,which is of certain complexity.This paper mainly focuses on the characteristics of relatively backward economic development in rural areas,weak public infrastructure at the grassroots level,remote separation between villages and uncentralized living places of farmers,resulting in scattered distribution of rural drinking water projects,difficult to achieve large-scale operation,and difficult to manage and protect after the completion of the project.Based on lingbi county as the study case,in view of these problems,to promote the construction of rural drinking water safety project,should constantly improve the engineering economic benefit,and make evaluation after this project,it is very important to the development of the project,to strengthen supervision on construction engineering projects,also can undertake in a timely manner the information feedback,to provide a reference for similar engineering construction development,after the building of rural drinking water safety project evaluation research in the field of Gui,has theoretical guidance value.Based on the post-construction evaluation of this project and the actual operation of this project,this paper makes a reasonable analysis of the post-construction evaluation of this project.(1)in collecting a large amount of research data,and combined with field investigation,the research of domestic rural drinking water safety project running situation and research results,based on the determined four and indicators: environmental benefits,social benefits and economic benefits,operation management,eleven secondary indexes,water quantity,water security,water quality monitoring,etc.,made a questionnaire,questionnaires,collecting survey data.(2)The AHP was used to study the indicators and weights,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the corresponding evaluation model,so as to achieve the comprehensive evaluation of the renovation and expansion project of Nongyinin Lingbi County.(3)This paper analyzes the actual situation of xiangyang Township and Wellgou Town of Lingbi County,which are undergoing renovation and expansion of water supply project,and makes use of post-evaluation model to make post-evaluation.
