Pig pseudorabies is a kind of acute hot infectious disease caused by pseudorabies virus infection,which is one of the important infectious diseases harmful to pig industry.In this study,the antibody to pseudorabies virus of the pigs from some pig-farms in Suzhou were detected.Acorrding to the result,we set up an scheme including making reasonable immunization program and strengthening the biological security measures for cleansing and control the disease in different pig-farm.Through tracking testing,the results show that the solution to control and purification of the pseudorabieshave remarkable achievement,This study laid the foundation to popularize the effective project for control and purifcation of the pseudorabies.1.Serological investigation of pig pseudorabies in SuzhouThe samples of 1439 sera from 26 pig-farm in six cities and districts of Suzhou were collected.and the antibody to pseudorabies virus were detected in the study.The result showed that the positive number of the PRV gB antibody was 1120,positive rate was 77.83%;the positive number of the PRV gE antibody was 672,positive rate was 46.7%.The different degrees of infection with wild pseudorabies virus appeared in all farm.In different districts,positive rates of the PRV gE and gB antibody were different.The positive rates of the PRV gE antibody were 67.36%in Wujiang district,64.46%in Taicang district,58.77%in Zhangjiagang district,2.13%in Kunshan district.The positive rates of the PRV gB antibody were above 80%in some district,63.14%in Changshu district,99.16%in Wujiang district.But the wild virus infection also can induce the antibody to PRV gB in pigs,so it is difficult to determine the effect of vaccination..Combined with immune conditions in pig farms,it was found that there were differences in PRV gB antibody levels and wild virus infection in pigs with different immune conditions and the level of antibody to gB and gE in vaccination pig-groups was higher than that in non-vaccination pig-groups.There were difference in the levels of PRV gB antibody and wild virus infection in different growth stages pig-groups and in in different breeding farms.2.Cleansing of pseudorabies in self-breeding pig farmsIn order to control and clean pseudorabies of pigs,the different schemes were conducted in three self-breeding farm,and the effectiveness evaluationwas done.The methods and results are as follows:In the A farm with 49.43%of the positive rate of antibody to gB and pseudorabies wild virus infection in low positive rate,only one sow was antibody negative to PRV gE.The scheme of "immune-detection-eliminate"was conducted.After cleansing,pig pseudorabies negative group was established in this farm,and the average positive rate of PRV gB antibodies detected by ELISA was above 70%by high density immunity pplied to the pig population.In the B farm with 93.57%of the positive rate of antibody to gB and 0.01%to gE,the purification of pseudorabies of pigs was quickly completed through strengthening biological safety management,regular disinfection and deratization.In the C farm,the rate of pseudorabies wild virus infection in saw and in herd boar were 87.5%and 80%respectively.In the farm with severe wild-virus infection,the scheme of "immune-detection-screening-retention" was proceeded to breed healthy reserve herds to gradually replace infected breeding herds.After one year of tracking and monitoring,the results showed that the positive rate of gE antibody in the reserve pig population was decreased in a straight line.It is indicated that this scheme has a very good effect on the cleansing of pseudorabies of pigs in this farm,and the control and cleansing can be carried out in the future,which is gradually realized and eventually becomes the negative field of pseudorabies of pigs.
