With the change of lifestyle and the improvement of living standards, the living environment of poultry and livestock is also continuously improved, but due to the unscientific feeding management, the feed ratio is not balanced, and the fat content of the animal is caused by feeding high-fat feed Increased, leading to obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other diseases in some animals. This study investigated the effects of taurine on aortic function in rats fed a high-fat diet. This experiment uses a single factor completely randomized design.120 healthy 4-week-old male SD rats were selected, weighing about 140-160 g / head, and randomly divided into 4 groups of 30 rats each, which were the control group(C)and cattle. The sulfonic acid group(T),high fat group(M),taurine prevention group(M + T),group C and T were fed ordinary diets, and group M and M + T were fed high fat diets,Groups C and M drank clean water, and groups T and M + T added 2% taurine to drinking water, and neither diet was restricted. After 16 weeks of breeding, cardiovascular tissues were taken.Part of the tissue fixation solution was used for HE staining. The other part of the tissue was treated with liquid nitrogen and stored frozen at-80 ? in a low-temperature storage box for use in the determination of various biochemical indicators..The results showed that: 1.The effects of taurine on cardiovascular high-fat related factors in high-fat rats: Compared with the control group, the high-fat group significantly increased total cholesterol(T-CHO),triglycerides(TG)and low The content of density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(p <0.05),significantly reduced the content of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(p <0.05),and the ratio of the taurine group to the high-fat group was significantly reduced. The content of T-CHO,TG and LDL-C in cardiovascular tissues was increased(p <0.05),and the content of HDL-C was significantly increased(p <0.05);2.Effects of taurine on cardiovascular oxidation-related factors in high-fat rats: Compared with the control group, the high-fat group significantly reduced total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity(p <0.05),which significantly increased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)(p <0.05).The ratio of the taurine group to the high-fat group significantly increased The activity of T-AOC,GSH-PX and T-SOD(p <0.05),significantly reduced the MDA content(p <0.05);compared with the high-fat group, the aspartate aminotransferase(AST / GOT),grain Alanine transaminase(ALT / GPT)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activities(p <0.05).Compared with the high-fat group, the taurine group significantly reduced the activities of AST / GOT,ALT / GPT,and LDH(p <0.05).0.05).There was no significant difference in cardiovascular alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity among the groups(p> 0.05).3.The effects of taurine on the morphology of cardiovascular tissue in high-fat rats: the control group had densely arranged cardiovascular cells, smooth muscle cells arranged neatly and orderly,non-inflammatory cells infiltrated the outer membrane, and consisted of loose nodules..In the high-fat group, the cardiovascular smooth muscle cells were disorderly arranged, the middle membrane was thicker, nucleus lysis occurred in local tissues, and there were lipid droplets in the cells, the outer membrane was thickened, and the loosely arranged cells were the most irregular. The morphology of cardiovascular tissue in the taurine prevention group was significantly improved, the thickness of the aorta basically returned to normal, the aortic wall was clearer, the smooth muscle cells were arranged neatly and orderly, and the nucleus in the middle membrane layer was deeply stained.Present multiple chromosomal status. To sum up: Taurine may improve the morphology of cardiovascular tissues by regulating the reduction of blood lipids with high-fat-related factors, the improvement of oxidation resistance with oxidation-related factors, and the suppression of inflammatory damage with inflammatory-related factors, and play a role in cardiovascular function.Protective effects.
