| Aims : The health and stability of pig populations is the necessary condition for the long-term development of pig farms with scale.Pratical immunifaction is one of the most important means to ensure the health of pigs.Classical swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),porcine pseudorabies(PR)and porcine circovirus(PCV2)are four major viral infectious diseases that pose a threat on the health of pigs in farms.Once the infection happens in the pig herd,it not only brings about the direct economic loss such as the death of the disease and of high ratio of feed to meat, but also indirectly affects the health and sustainable development of the farm. This experiment from the pig farm virus disease prevention,It can provide active and effective immunization programs for large-scale pig farms in three different regions of xinjiang and theoretical support for the establishment of efficient immunization programs for other large-scale pig farms. Methods:In order to find out the current immunization status of swine fever, pseudorabies, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and porcine circovirus disease in three large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang, and to adjust the vaccine immunization program according to the rule of growth and decline of immune antibody, the study used a total of approximately 30000 farm pigs fed in three pig farms located in Kumul,Karamay and Bole as the research object.During the spring and autumn in 2019,pig serum samples collected from the three farms and separated used ELISA method to detect and analyze CSF,PR,PRRS and PCV2 immune antibodies.Meanwhile, according to the height of immune antibody, the immune program was adjusted based on antibody level at the same time, the results are as followsResults:1.The three scaled pig farms in different area of Xinjiang in 2019 CSFV,PRV,PRRSV and PCV2 antibody total positive rates were 83.90%,71.57%,86.17% and 87.25%,higher than 70%,which is the national standards.Among those four viruses, the highest antibody total positive rates of CSFV was farm A.Considering the antibody total positive rate of PRV,farm C was the highest.Farm A held the highest antibody total positive rate of PRRSV.Additionally, the highest antibody total positive rates in PCV2 is farm A.2.In the autumn of 2019,compared with the spring, according to the antibody positive rate and coefficient of variation,it was found that there was a risk of wild CSF virus infection of pigs in farm A at4-13 weeks, farm B at 7-10 weeks and farm C at 4-7 weeks. The basic sows, reserve sows and boars of farm A,B and C all have the risk of wild PR virus infection. In terms of PRRS,the pigs in farm A and farm C were at a risk of infection. In farm B,the positive stable state was maintained. In terms of PCV2,the immune effect was good.3.According to the rule of antibody growth and decrease, the following procedures were adjusted for each field vaccine.Sows followed the existing immunization procedures, and piglets followed the following procedures:A field: 0-3 days of age(PR,0.5 A,intranasal),14 days of age(PCV2 + PRRS,one copy each, around the neck muscle injection),23 days of age(CSF,1 dose and intramuscular injection),40 days of age(PR,1 dose and intramuscular injection),60 days of age(CSF,2 doses, muscle injection),70 days of age(PR,1 dose, intramuscular);B: 0-3 days of age(PR,0.5 a,intranasal),14 days of age(PCV2 +PRRS,PRRS muscle note 0.5,around the neck muscle injection),28 days of age(CSF,1 dose and intramuscular injection),45 days of age(PR,1 dose and intramuscular injection),60 days of age(CSF,1dose and intramuscular injection),70 days of age(PR,1 dose, intramuscular);C: 0-3 days old(PR,1 dose, nasal drops),14 days old(1 dose of PCV2,0.5 dose of PRRS,intramuscular injection),21 days old(CSF,1dose,intramuscular injection),45 days old(CSF,1 dose, intramuscular injection),50 days old(PR,1 dose, intramuscular injection),70 days old(PR,1 dose, intramuscular injection). Conclusions:The experimental results laid a theoretical foundation for the evaluation, scientific immunization and comprehensive prevention and control of the immune effect of CSFV,PRV,PRRSV and PCV2 in large-scale pig farms in three different regions of Xinjiang. |
