Swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(blue ear disease)and porcine pseudorabies are several common animal epidemic diseases in breeding industry,which seriously endanger the healthy development of breeding industry in China.Mingguang as one of the key development areas of pig breeding in the "13th Five-year Plan of Animal Husbandry Breeding" of Anhui Province,it is the top priority for doing a good job of epidemic prevention and control to ensure the live pig production.However,in recent years,these diseases often occur in Mingguang area,and the fatality rate is relatively high.In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the incidence of epidemic disease,it seems particularly necessary to understand the immune antibody levels of swine fever,porcine blue ear disease and porcine pseudorabies and the infection rate of pseudorabies wild virus in this area.In this experiment,the swine fever virus antibody,blue ear disease antibody,porcine pseudorabies gB antibody and the infection rate of pseudorabies wild virus were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in a total of 288 serum samples randomly selected from 10 pig farms in Mingguang from 2017 to 2018.The test results are shown as follows:1、The percentage of pass in the detection of swine fever,blue ear disease and porcine pseudorabies in Mingguang area were 39.93%(115/288),87.15%(251/288)and 59.03%(170/288),respectively.Thus it can be seen that the percentage of pass in the detection of swine fever and porcine pseudorabies in this area is lower than the national standard(70%);while the percentage of pass in the detection of swine blue ear disease is higher than the national standard(70%).2、The percentage of pass in the detection of swine fever in Mingguang area from 2017 to 2018 were 5.8%(7/121)and 65.87%(110/167),respectively;87.6%(106/121)and 86.83%(145/167)for the swine blue ear disease,42.98%(52/121)and 82.04%(137/167)for the porcine pseudorabies.Thus it can be seen that the percentage of pass of swine fever antibody is rising but lower than the national standard(70%)in Minggu,ang area in 2018,when compared to 2017;while the percentage of pass of porcine pseudorabies and swine blue ear disease antibody is higher than the national standard(70%).3、The infection rate of porcine pseudorabies wild virus in Mingguang area is 17.36%(50/288).The infection rates of porcine pseudorabies wild virus from 2017 to 2018 were 29.75%(36/121)and 8.4%(14/167),respectively.The infection is more senous.In this paper,the serological investigation of swine fever,blue ear disease,porcine pseudorabies and pseudorabies wild virus was carried out.The test results revealed the immune protection of swine fever,swine blue ear disease and porcine pseudorabies and the infection of pseudorabies wild virus.It provides a reference for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in Mingguang area in the future,and provides a reference for farmers in this area to formulate reasonable immunization procedures in accordance with the epidemiological situation in this area.
