In this study,the different reclamation modes of the junkland of Haizhou surface mine(grassland,farmland,woodland of ulmus pumila,robinia pseudoacacia and mixture of robinia pseudoacacia and ulmus pumila)were taken as the research object,and bare land was used as a control.Microclimate indicators(the microclimatic factors such as light intensity,air tempratrue,air relative humidity,soil temperature and soil water contentat at 0-15 cm and 15-30cm)in the different reclamation modes of the junkland of Haizhou surface mine were continuously observed,and soil nutrient indicators(total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter,PH)and soil enzyme activity indicators(catalase,sucrase,urease,alkaline phosphatase)were measured.The results showed that different reclamation modes had the functions of cooling in temperatures,humidifying,retaining water,reducing daily range and daily average for microclimate.The microclimate indicators of different reclamation modes had the most significant difference in July.And in July,the effect of shading,cooling in temperatures and moisturizing of different reclamation modes was more obvious,and the microclimate regulation ability was stronger.Different reclamation modes increased soil fertility and significantly increased soil total nitrogen content.And the changes caused by different reclamation modes to soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus were not obvious.Different reclamation modes increased soil enzyme activity and significantly increased soil urease content.Soil nutrient and soil enzyme activity in different reclamation modes decreased with the increase of soil layer.The principal component analysis was carried out on the microclimate and soil in different reclamation modes in the junkland of Haizhou surface mine.The comprehensive scores showed that the ability to improve microclimate,soil fertility and soil enzyme activity was mixture of robinia pseudoacacia and ulmus pumila > robinia pseudoacacia > woodland of ulmus pumila > farmland > grassland> bare land.With the restoration of vegetation at the junkland of Haizhou surface mine,microclimates and soil environment were improved,and the effect of reclamation were obvious.The thesis has 17 pictures,8 tables and 104 references. |
