At present the domestic market since the spray bar type sprayer is common quality instability,low accuracy of oil spill risk is high,the spray control defects,and in the process of curing by excessive use of pesticides,for environment,food pollution caused by animal in destroying the environment and human health.However,in order to improve the yield of crops and the quality of lawns,it is impossible to avoid the use of pesticides in daily maintenance operations.Spray this request in the future to put forward higher request,to improve the working accuracy of the spray,spray with safe and reliable automatic control system instead of manual operation,improve the utilization rate of drugs,will be the future development trend of the sprayer.This paper mainly discuss a self-propelled spray rod spray machine developed for Greenman Machinery Company.The power source engine of this spray machine is intended to adopt the dual output structure of front and rear shaft,providing power for hydraulic drive system and dosing system respectively.Hydraulic drive system: engine by torx elastic coupling with built-in auxiliary pump hydraulic piston pump connected,plunger pump oil mouth and B oil mouth by hydraulic tubing and tee joint are respectively with that of the rear axle two cycloid motor connected to power sprayer to walk,the auxiliary pump oil mouth by connecting hydraulic tubing and steering hydraulic steering.Dosing system: the engine is connected with the diaphragm pump through the belt wheel drive system,and the diaphragm pump is connected with the dosing control system at the tail of the spray machine through the water pipe,providing power for the dosing system.Papers in the selection of main components of the hydraulic system,hydraulic system principle,principle of design,spray insecticide spray insecticide system are expounded,at the same time paper finally added the appended drawings for intuitive understanding of equipment related structures.At present,this self-propelled spray rod spray machine has completed the design,and has passed the long-term performance test,and has also passed the "3C certification",the sales situation is good.Compared with the defects of unstable quality,high risk of oil leakage and low precision of spray control,this product has obvious advantages and market potential.
