In recent years,because of its economic value and nutritional value,more and more farmers favor Lycium barbarum L.,the planting area of Lycium barbarum L.is increasing year by year.Lycium barbarum L.after planting many times a year to apply the operation,and at present in the small area of Lycium barbarum L.plantation is still mainly the way of artificial application,there are high labor cost,low efficiency,poor quality of application and other problems,large area of Lycium barbarum L.plantation will use some commonly used spray machine on the market for application operation,However,there are some problems such as low utilization rate of liquid medicine,uneven application amount of liquid medicine in vertical direction,and environmental pollution of excess liquid medicine.Therefore,this study aimed at the"double hedge frame"Lycium barbarum L.planting agronomic,developed a self-walking cross-row Lycium barbarum L.sprayer,proposed a precise application control method,using the prototype to complete the relevant spray test,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research status analysis and research content determination.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant sprayers,the research progress of several kinds of sprayers in the market was summarized,and the research status of Lycium barbarum L.sprayers in recent years was analyzed emphatically,leading to the main problems existing in the current operation of Lycium barbarum L.sprayers.On the basis of the above,the main content of this research is determined,and the main technical route of this research work is formulated.(2)Overall structure design and simulation analysis of self-propelled cross-bank Lycium barbarum L.sprayer.Combined early on"double hedge posture"Lycium barbarum L.cultivation mode of agricultural research results and the current main problems of Lycium barbarum L.administer link,to analyze the functional requirements of the machine,the design is suitable for the agricultural self-propelled under an inter-bank medlar spray machine overall structure scheme,and its key components for the design,analysis and selection,Then the static simulation analysis and modal analysis of the frame was carried out by finite element analysis,which laid a foundation for the research and development of self-propelled cross-bank Lycium barbarum L.sprayer.(3)Design and construction of self-propelled cross-bank Lycium barbarum L.sprayer control system.On the basis of the overall structure design,the walking control system and precise application control system of the whole machine are built.The walking control system adopts the driving mode of"four-wheel drive,differential steering",and uses the remote control device combined with the equal pulse width PWM method to control the forward,backward and steering of the whole machine.The precision spraying control system uses sensor technology and image processing technology to control the working state of the spraying system in real time,which lays a foundation for the research and development of the precision spraying control system of self-propelled cross-bank Lycium barbarum L.sprayer.(4)Prototype trial production and field test.After the completion of the overall structure and control system,the whole machine was debugged and optimized.According to the relevant national standard documents of sprayer,a preliminary experiment is designed to verify that the spraying system meets the basic requirements.Field experiments were designed according to the relevant national standard documents of sprayer,and the spraying effect of the whole machine was tested from three aspects of"droplet deposition density,liquid coverage rate and uniform distribution of droplets",and the dose error and liquid recovery performance of the whole machine were measured through the actual operation results.The results showed that under different application pressure and distance,the coverage rate of liquid medicine could reach 84.2%on the leaf surface and 48.3%on the back of leaf.The droplet deposition density on the leaf surface was 27/cm~2,and the droplet deposition density on the back of the leaf was 12/cm~2.The coefficient of variation of fog drop distribution uniformity on leaf surface and back was about 1.00%,indicating that fog drop distribution uniformity was good in the whole Lycium barbarum L.tree.The error of dosage was controlled within 10.00%,and the recovery rate was 35.79%~48.88%.Through this study,the labor intensity can be reduced in the process of Lycium barbarum L.application,the utilization rate of liquid medicine can be improved,and the pollution of excess liquid medicine to the environment can be reduced.At the same time,the self-propelled cross-bank Lycium barbarum L.sprayer provided a new idea for the design and development of special Lycium barbarum L.sprayer.
