In recent years,African swine fever has a negative impact on China's economy and society.In August 2018,the first outbreak of African swine plague occurred in China,and then spread rapidly and extensively,which posed a serious threat to China's pig breeding industry,and also had a negative impact on China's economic development and social stability.Therefore,it is particularly important to do a good job in animal epidemic emergency management of grass-roots government,which has high research value.In this study,the emergency management of African swine plague in Pulandian area was taken as the research object.In order to enhance the emergency management level of Pulandian pestilence in the Pulandian area as the research objective,a case study was used to analyze the whole process of the emergency management of pestilence in Africa and the effect of epidemic control.This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the emergency management of African swine plague in Pulandian District,and probes into the underlying reasons behind the problem.In view of the problems and reasons in the emergency management of Pulandian pestilence in the Pulandian area,this paper puts forward three aspects: the concept and consciousness of emergency management,the emergency management system and the specific operation plan of emergency management.Specific measures to enhance the level of emergency management of African swine plague in Pulandian area are provided to provide references for optimizing the effectiveness of Pulandian swine plague and other emergency management of animal epidemics and strengthening emergency management capabilities.At the same time,the dissemination conditions and feasibility for the promotion of animal epidemic emergency management in Pulandian District were also elaborated.Finally,it is hoped that this paper can provide reference for Pulandian and grassroots governments in other regions to carry out emergency management of animal epidemics.
