As the African swine fever occurred for the first time in Shenyang,African Swine Fever is regarded as the number one serious disease that threatens China’s pig industry.It has also opened a new stage of the prevention and defense of ASF in China.In order to control the influence of African swine fever virus effectively on pig farms,agricultural ministry start to construct the African Swine Fever-free communities.A surveillance programme is established in accordance with the prescribed Animal Disease Surveillance guidelines and relevant national requirements,and it is proved by monitoring that only farming communities that have not found African Swine Fever virus infection in the past 12 months can be identified as African Swine Fever-free communities..With reference to this regulation,we regularly detect the pathogenic nucleic acid and antibody of the pig farm in the African Swine Fever-free community under construction,and monitor the African Swine Fever-free community.Under this background,this study carried out a series of detection and research on agriculture and animal husbandry in Sihong Dekang.1.Construction and follow-up Monitoring of African Swine Fever-free Community in Dekang,SihongAiming at the construction of African swine fever-free community in Dekang agriculture and animal husbandry,we first established good biosafety facilities and formulated complete biosafety measures from two aspects of hardware and software.Dekang agriculture and animal husbandry African swine fever-free community was successfully built and successfully passed the examination and acceptance of the relevant departments of counties,cities,provinces and the Ministry of Agriculture and Village.In the follow-up and monitoring after completion,the nucleic acid tests of the collected samples were all negative,and the antibody tests of serum samples were also negative,indicating that the epidemic-free area of classical swine fever in Dekang agriculture and animal husbandry is in a stable state,which will be conducive to the development of Dekang pig farming.2.Detection of African Swine Fever virus Nucleic Acid in Environmental samples of Pig Farm in Sihong dekang agriculture and animal husbandryIn order to understand the construction of African Swine Fever-free communities in Dekang,Suqian,according to the requirements and standards for the construction of an epidemic-free community in the Ministry of Agriculture and Village,regular continuous sampling and testing were conducted.A total of more than 34824 samples of all kinds were collected in pig farms;Live samples of abnormal pigs,introduced pigs,purchased semen and purchased piglets were collected more than 17983.The detection adopts the standard of the Ministry of Agriculture and Village and the qualified fluorescence quantitative PCR detection kit..Test results showed that during the construction of Dekang agricultural and animal husbandry epidemic-free community,more than 34824 environmental samples were negative for African swine fever nucleic acid and more than 17983 live samples were also African swine fever nucleic acids negative.The results showed that the Dekang farm had not contaminated the African classical swine fever virus.3.Surveillance of Serum Antibody against African Swine Fever in Dekang,SihongIn order to continuously monitor the construction of African classical swine fever epidemic-free community in Sihng Dekang,according to the requirements and standards of the construction of African Swine Fever epidemic-free community in agricultural village,the blood of pigs in pig farm was collected regularly,and the serum was separated to detect anti-African Swine Fever virus antibody.More than 1878 serum samples were detected by ELISA,all of them were negative,which indicated that the pigs in Dekang farm had not been infected with African Swine Fever virus.
