In recent years,China's edible fungus industry has developed rapidly,yields and sales are far ahead in the world rankings,and factory cultivation has become a trend.Pleurotus citrinipileatus Sing is a large fungus which can be used for both food and medicine.Since the beginning of the 1970 s,there has been a seasonal cultivation mode of Pleurotus citrinipileatus Sing in various regions,which involves less industrial production and has not yet formed a standardized industrial cultivation of Pleurotus citrinipileatus Sing.In this paper,some problems encountered in the industrial cultivation of Pleurotus citrinipileatus Sing were explored.The experimental results are as follows:The results are as follows:1.The six strains with good performance in the preliminary test were screened again,and the growth rate,growth potential and fruiting body of each mycelium were compared under the condition of industrial cultivation.It was found that p.lc0008 had good mycelial growth,short growth cycle,high biological efficiency and high commercial value,and could be used as a production strain for subsequent experiments.2.From the three aspects of bagging mode(A),bagging height(B)and bag folded diameter(C),the bagging mode of Pleurotus citrinipileatus Sing was optimized,the effects of different treatments on the bagging rate and biological efficiency were compared.The results showed that the average biological efficiency was up to 70.87% when plane airless chamber,15 cm bagging height and 17 cm folded diameter were used.3.By designing the orthogonal table of three factors and three levels,the effects of the age,the depth and the diameter of the inoculation hole on the mycelial growth rate of the fungus were investigated,and the best treatment suitable for the inoculation process of the fungus was selected.The results showed that the growth rate of mycelium was fast,the cultivation period was short and the uniformity was the least when the original strain was 32 days old,the inoculation depth was 14.5 cm,and the inoculation diameter was 2 cm.4.Using the full-factor experimental design,the proportions of cultivation materials suitable for mushroom production were preliminarily deduced as follows: sawdust 52%,cottonseed hull 26%,bran 14%,corn flour 6%,gypsum 1%,sugar 1%,water content 64%.Use D-OptimalMixed-Ingredients Method to establish quadratic equation,by solving the equation,the suitable industrial cultivation formula of Pleurotus citrinipileatus Sing is obtained,which is sawdust 50%,cottonseed shell 35%,bran 10%,corn flour 3%,gypsum 1%,sugar 1%,control water content 64%.The recipe could be applied in practical production with the success in test through exoeriments for its accuracy.5.Comparing the different ways of opening mushroom production,the suitable way of opening mushroom production is: to remove the ring wall.The yield of mushroom was 97.92%,the average yield per unit area was 297.53 g.The fruiting body was round,with uniform opening and high commerciality.6.From the three experimental factors of temperature control and humidification(A),light duration(B)and light intensity(C)to selected the management parameters,it was found that the quality of the fruiting body can be improved effectively by using refrigerator + ultra-fine fog humidification,24 hours light duration and 400 lux light intensity.7.The industrial cultivation techniques of P.LC00008 mushroom were preliminarily summarized.
