| As a coastal province of China,Guangdong province has a long and narrow coastline,and the conditions of both sea and land make the province densely covered with water network,with many excellent harbors,shallow beaches and beaches.In recent years,with the shortage of fishery resources,environmental pollution,the signing of the international fishery system,the national policy system and other factors,the fishery industry needs to be adjusted urgently.Nowadays,the proportion of fishery in agricultural economy is more and more significant,and the significance of developing fishery industry and improving fishermen’s income will be more important.Therefore,the study of fishery modernization system has an important enlightening effect on the development planning of fishery modernization.Paper industry intensive,agricultural sustainable development and upgrade of industrial structure theory as a foundation,based on the modernization of Chinese fishery related theoretical basis,starting from the basic connotation of the current fishery modernization,with the actual data as sample,using the entropy equaling evaluation research methods,constructing fishery modernization index system to evaluate and analysis,find the existing problems in the development of Guangdong fishery,summarize the experiences of contrast fishery development of fishery economy in the developed countries,problem oriented,fishery modernization of Guangdong rationalization proposal is put forward.The paper consists of seven parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance of this paper,the relevant research achievements at home and abroad,and introduces the research content of this paper;The second part defines the concepts of fishery modernization and expounds the theoretical basis of fishery modernization.The third part mainly expounds the current situation and existing problems of fishery modernization development in guangdong province,and studies the difference of fishery level development.The fourth part is the evaluation of fishery modernization in Guangdong province.It constructs an index system,selects relevant data of fishery development,and analyzesthe development level of fishery modernization in Guangdong province with entropy method.The fifth part is an overview of fishery modernization practice in developed countries,drawing on the fishery development experience of Japan,the United States and other countries.The sixth part is the countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of fishery modernization in guangdong province.The seventh part is the conclusion and shortage and prospect.Through the research,the following understanding is formed:(1)Generally speaking,the discussion of fishery modernization is still at the theoretical level,and there are still some deficiencies in the practical research.However,it is certain that the academic circle has gradually turned its attention to the dynamic characteristics of fishery economic development and explored various measures that can promote the healthy and sustainable development of fishery economy.These studies have deep reference significance for the current fishery modernization transformation.(2)According to the analysis and evaluation of the overall development degree of fishery modernization in guangdong province,the fishery modernization level of guangdong province was in the early stage before 2012,and the fishery development was in the labor-intensive industry,which belongs to the rough stocking stage in the primary stage.From 2012 to 2017,the fishery modernization was in the primary stage of development,with the government departments continuously increasing the support to the fishery,the fishing technology and breeding technology continuously advanced,and gradually moving towards the road of mechanized development.By the end of 2018,the fishery modernization has reached the stage of modern development and is gradually developing to the mature stage.(3)In each subject index to the modernization of fisheries analysis found that although the overall development level as the modern stage of development,but some indicators such as fishery economy development level,fisheries infrastructure construction and investment level is still at an early stage of development,such as that of guangdong province eight main indicators of fishery modernization index,there exists a gap between the score of fishery modernization did not get all-round development,to the present inadequate still exist some problems about the development of the imbalance.(4)To steadily improve our province fishery economy development must take environmental protection as the premise,adhere to the principle of sustainable fishresources,pay attention to the fishery science and technology in the area for the development of fishery industry,relying on the current talent market platform,promote fishery introduction of professionals in various fields,foster in green efficient circulation breeding,deep processing and high technical level for the main structure and characteristics of modern fishery fishery modernization further development and perfection of Guangdong province. |
