| The construction of “emerging engineering education " is a top-down reform and practice of higher engineering education in China during the new historical development period.As an important part of higher engineering education,undergraduate education of agricultural engineering shoulder the important mission of cultivating outstanding agricultural and forestry talents,serving the strategy of rural revitalization and promoting economic and social development.Curriculum is the core element of talent training,and constructing a reasonable curriculum system is the key link to achieve the goal of talent training and improve the quality of talent training.Thus,it is the key to cultivate the agricultural engineering talents in line with the emerging engineering education development background and to construct a reasonable curriculum system.Besides summarizing the previous studies,this study designed a questionnaire on the current situation of agricultural engineering specialty curriculum system construction,and conducted interviews with relevant teachers,subject leaders and students of agricultural engineering specialty to understand the current situation of agricultural engineering specialty curriculum system construction.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,and comparing the training programs of agricultural engineering major in selected colleges and universities,it is found that the main problems in the construction of agricultural engineering major curriculum system are the orientation of objectives and the degree of conformity between industry and occupation,the frontier of curriculum content,the single way of curriculum evaluation,and the construction of interdisciplinary curriculum.In order to improve the quality of agricultural engineering course system under the new engineering background,this paper analyzes the development course of agricultural engineering in the United States and the concrete course system construction of two colleges and universities,and finds that agricultural engineering has changed to agriculture and biological system engineering.Based on the study of the present situation in China and the international experience,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of the curriculum system of agricultural engineering specialty under the emerging engineering education background: in the curriculum goal,we should take the social and industry development trend as the guide,take the school development orientation and the location development superiority as the focal point,take the Washington Agreement as the opportunity to comprehensively formulate the training goal of agricultural engineering talents;in the curriculum content,we should promote the interdisciplinary curriculum construction by integrating the development frontier into the whole course and teaching process;In the dimension of curriculum structure,one is to promote the integration of agricultural engineering professional curriculum system construction,to train all-round development of agricultural engineering talents,the other is to strengthen practical education links and improve the quality of practical curriculum construction;in the dimension of curriculum evaluation,we should integrate curriculum evaluation methods and carry out diversified curriculum evaluation. |
