Feeding Effect Of Dietary Nutrient Level In Yichang White Goat

The experiment was conducted to study feeding effect of dietary nutrient level in Yichang White Goat and to explore the scientific proportion of diet composition of Yichang white goat,to improve the economic benefits of local farmers by raising Yichang white goat and form the feeding standard,the author did the following experiment to text it.In the experiment,18 female Yichang white goats with normal development,good health,similar weight and a birth date of about 24 months were selected.The adult shelf sheep were fattened with TMR at low nutrition level(GE 15.23 MJ/kg,CP 7.44%),medium nutrition level(GE 16.96 MJ/kg,CP 8.61%)and high nutrition level(GE 17.75 MJ/kg,CP 9.08%)for 60 days.In addition,40 Yichang white lambs of about 5 months old with normal development,good health,similar weight were selected,half male and half female.These 40 lamps were then randomly divided into high-nutrient group and low-nutrient group.The weaned lambs were fattened with full price pellet feed with low nutrition level(GE 10.27 MJ / kg,CP 10.44%)and high nutrition level(GE 11.29 MJ / kg,cp11.54%)for 60 days.During the experiment,all the experimental goats were free to eat and drink.In addition,according to the consistent principle of ewe weight,lambing time,lambing number,lamb gender and lamb birth quality,14 double and 6 single lamb,which are the sock lambs,and their corresponding 34 lambs were selected as the research objects and were paired one by one.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was fed in accordance with the traditional diet,and the control group was of low nutritional level.The experimental group was fed with added 1kg of feed rape every day,and the experimental group was of high nutritional level.While all the experimental goats were free to eat and drink within 30 days.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the conditions of this experiment,the dietary nutrition level had no significant effect on the body size of the shelf sheep(P>0.05),and the feed intake and feed weight ratio of the shelf sheep decreased with the increase of the nutritional level(P<0.05).Dietary nutrient levels had no significant effect on heart,liver,kidney,head,hoof ratio of live weight and slaughter rate of shelving sheep(P>0.05).AST activity and A/G values were significantly higher in the middle nutrition group and the high nutrition group than in the low nutrition group(P<0.05).The weight of the experimental goats in 40 d and 60 d reached the weight requirement of the slaughtering requirement..The weight gain of the experimental goats in the high nutrition level group and the middle nutrition level group was 34.00% and 42.35% higher than that in the low nutrition level group(P<0.05).The weight gain of the high nutrition group and the medium nutrition group at 60 d was higher than that of the low nutrition group at 44.69% and 54.22%,respectively(P<0.05).Considering the economic benefit and risk resistance,the medium nutrition level diet is more suitable for fattening yichang white goat and shelf sheep.(2)There was no significant difference in the body size of lamps with the same gender between the low-nutrition group and the high-nutrition group(P>0.05).The weight gain of male and female lambs in the high-nutrition group was 8.48 kg and 7.07 kg.The weight gain of male and female lambs in the low-nutrition group was 6.99 kg and 5.24 kg.The weight gain of male and female lambs in the high nutritional level group was 21.32% and 34.92% higher than that in the low nutritional level group(P<0.05).The feed intake of male lambs in the high nutritional level group was significantly lower than that in the low nutritional level group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the feed intake of female lambs in the low nutritional level group and the high nutritional level group(P>0.05).The total economic benefit of male lambs in the high nutritional level group was 42.49%higher than that in the low nutritional level group,and the total economic benefit of female lambs in the high nutritional level group was 76.48%higher than that in the low nutritional level group.Improving the dietary nutrient level can promote the growth of lambs and improve the feeding economic benefits.Increasing the dietary nutrition level can significantly improve the antemortem live weight,carcass weight,slaughter rate and eye muscle area of male lambs(P<0.05),and also improve the slaughter performance of female lambs,but the difference is not significant.The dietary nutrition level had no significant effect on the organ index of lambs.Improving the dietary nutrition level could improve the meat quality of lambs.The concentration of serum urea nitrogen(BUN)in male lambs with low nutritional level was significantly higher than that in males with high nutritional level(P<0.05).The concentration of serum urea nitrogen in female lambs with low nutritional level was slightly higher than that in those with high nutritional level(P>0.05).(3)Under the traditional feeding mode,the feed nutrition level of lactating ewes was improved,and the weight gain of the lambs in the high nutritional level group was significantly higher than that of the low nutritional level group,which is 42.81%(P<0.05),and the weight gain of ewes in the high nutritional level group was 2.75 times that of the low nutritional level group.The survival rate of lambs in the high nutrition level group was 100%,while that in the low nutrition level group was only 76.47%.At the end of the experiment,the total cholesterol in the serum of ewes in the high nutritional level group and the low nutritional level group was within the normal range,but the total cholesterol in the ewes in the high nutritional level group was significantly higher than that in the low nutritional level group(P<0.05).The serum urea nitrogen of lambs in the high nutritional level group is apparently lower than that in the low nutritional level group(P<0.05).The economic benefit of the group with high nutritional level was 2.01 times that of the group with low nutritional level.In conclusion,the medium nutrient level diet is more suitable for fattening yichang white goats and shelf sheep.while the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and economic benefits of lambs were the best under the high nutrition diet with complete pellet feed.The weight gain and economic benefits of sock lambs were the best under the high nutrition diet.
