| Cultivating the kid in the meat goat production has been a long-standing major technical problems seriously affect the meat goat industrialization development.This experiment with modern goat breeding technology theory as a guide,combined with ziyang city local goat breeds and fine forage feed resources,uses the sichuan agricultural university meat goat research group independent research special mineral nutrition additive,make the total mixed ration(TMR),research the influence of additives and TMR feeding technology of Lezhi black goat kid growth and development,and measure the Jianzhou big ear goat meat quality.The purpose of this experiment is to observe the effect of TMR feeding technique on the growth of Lezhi black goat.In this experiment,80 kids are equally divided into goup A female,group B male,group C contrasting female and group D contrasting male.Contrasting groups are feed in original way,that is to feed concentrates first then roughage or grass fodder.The experimental group feeds SAU’s goat special forage mineral nutrition additive,and the contrasting group uses original additive on the experiment farm.The kids are measured and weighted,then observed for analyzing excessive stress reaction respectively at 90-day period and 120-day period after 24 hours fasting.The results are:The daily weight gain of A,B,C,D during 60-90 days period is respectively 113.03 g/d、123.37 g/d、89.00 g/d、104.35 g/d,with A higher than C by 27.0%(significantly different with P<0.01),and B higher than D by 18.22%(significantly different with P<0.01);the circumference,body length,chest circumference and body height of the experimental group are all significantly higher than the contrasting group(0.01<P<0.05).The daily weight gain of A,B,C,D during 91-120 days period are respectively 143.33 g/d、154.00 g/d、114.30 g/d、121.67 g/d,with A higher than C by 25.40%,(significantly different with P<0.01),and the difference for the circumference,body length,chest circumference and body height is also significant(P<0.01).The daily growth weight gain of B is higher than that of D by 26.57%(P<0.01).The circumference,body length,chest circumference and body height of B is also significantly higher than those of D(P<0.01).Experiments show that the SAU high-protein TMR and transitional feeding way,can effectively reduce the kid" Weaned stress reaction" time and intensity,reduce morbidity,improve the ratio of matured young livestock;Experiment taken in different growth phase with different concentration to forage ratio TMR gradient change gradually increase forage grass feeding,meet the nutrient requirements of the kid and digestive organ growth characteristic,advantageous to the reasonable development forage grass resources,stable and balanced nutrition supply,improve the quality of cultivating the kid.This experiment is the effect demonstration experiment of different mineral additives,68 2-month old Chuanzhong black goats(type of the Lezhi)are divided into four random groups denominated a,b,c,d,respectively feeded SAU’s forage mineral nutrition additive,Peking University’s microorganisms preparation(formula unknown),Bacillus subtilis growth promoting agent from certain company in Shanghai and additive provided by our farm.The result shows that after the 60-day feeding period,the growth of group a is significantly better that group b,c,d.At the same time,the daily weight gain of group a is higher than group b,c,d by 59.18%,28.61%and 66.33%.This proves that the forage mineral nutrition additive developed by SAU is an excellent additive product for accelerating the growth of kids,and provides statistical support for the usage of this additive in this TMR feeding experiment.The meat quality characteristics of the big ear goat(other called the Jian-zhou big ear goat).In Jianyang east farming company,size 24 barn feeding and scattered farmers raising Jian-zhou big ears goat and the hybridized Boer goat for slaughter and get the specimens to determine its physical and chemical indicators,conventional nutrients,amino acids and trace elements,and mutton taste test.The results show that 4 months experiment muscle protein content is higher than other experiments goat,the rams higher than ewes;The content of iron and zinc increased with the age increasing;Adult goats’ fat content is higher than 9 months and 4 months goat;Big ear goats’ cooked meat rate,crude protein content is higher than hybridized Boer goat,crude fat content is lower than it.Comprehensive evaluation of the determination results,the 9 months big ear goats have better meat quality. |
