Analysis On Surveillance Of Pig Pseudorabies Antibody In Chongqing From 2015 To 2019

Pseudorabies(PR)is a virulent infectious disease caused by pseudorabies virus(PRV),which leads to illness or death of a variety of domestic and wild animals.Only pigs are known to survive after acute infection and are the natural host of the disease.Affected pigs show different symptoms at different ages.The younger the pig,the more susceptible it is.Neurological symptoms and high mortality were found in lactating piglets.The pregnant sows present miscarriage,stillbirth and mummy pregnancy.These infected boars lose their reproduvtive value because their semen carries PRV.Fattening pigs usually present with an inapparent infection or respiratory symptoms.Because the virus can infect the pig of each period,this disease will result in the huge economic loss of pig enterprise and the farmer people,seriously affect the healthy development of pig breeding industry.With the rapid development of China's economy,people's demand for pork supply increases.As the only municipality directly under the central government in the western region,chongqing has always played a very important role in pig industry.Since 2011,the pseudorabies virus has mutated in China,and the pig industry in chongqing has been frequently introduced and transported,and the degree of intensification has been constantly improved.In addition,the eradication and purification program has not been well implemented.Therefore,the infection of pseudorabies in pigs presents a complex trend.In order to better understand each district and county of pig pseudorabies virus infection in chongqing pig farms,including the subordinate seventeen counties in chongqing,this study covered dozens of large-scale pig farm from 2015 to 2019 in November to suvery PRV antibody detection-gB immune antibodies and PRV-gE wild poisonous infection by immune serum enzyme-linked adsorption reaction experiment,to provide scientific basis for making the plan of reasonable immune programmed of effective prevention and control,purification of chongqing pig pseudo rabies.The results of the serological survey in the past five years found that:(1)from 2015 to 2019,the overall positive rate of prv-gb immune antibody in chongqing increased from 45.8% in 2015 to 78% in 2016,90.1% in 2017,80.1% in 2015,and 80.7% in 2013,showing a trend of decreasing or increasing year by year.The positive rate of prv-ge was 10.8% in 2015,1% in 2016,8.6% in 17 years,7.6% in 18 years and 11.2% in 19 years.Basically,there is a positive rate of wild virus infection of about 10% every year.The large discrepancy in the test in 2016 may be due to the fact that most of the samples sent in that year came from the pig farms undergoing purification,resulting in a low positive sample rate.(2)compared with the five-year data of three representative districts and counties with relatively developed pig raising industries,fuling,rongchang and yongchuan,the lowest gB immunoantibody positive level in Rongchang was 80.9%,and the highest gE wild virus infection positive level was 12.6%.In Yongchuan,the highest positive level of gB immune antibody was 91.8%,and the lowest positive level of gE wild virus infection was 1.05%.In Fuling,the positive rate of gB immune antibody was 83.8%,and the positive level of gE wild virus infection was 6.15%.(3)the antibody levels of pig blood samples were compared during the five-year period,and the correlation analysis of PRV antibody levels between pig population and gender was carried out.It was found that there was no significant correlation between antibody levels and pig population and gender.By comparing gB and gE antibody levels in different years,it can be concluded that gB antibody levels in different years show a significant trend of increase,while gE antibody levels fluctuate in different degrees,and there is no obvious correlation between different regions and antibody levels.There was no significant correlation between antibody level and the sex of both reserve and breeding pigs.Through this serological test,we found that the immune prevention effect of pseudorabies virus in the whole chongqing city is developing toward a better direction year by year,the gB immune antibody level is increasing year by year.The gE wild virus infection antibody showed a stable control of about 10%.because gB antibody level is still lower than the national average level,it is still necessary to develop a reasonable immunization plan,in order to effectively control and purify the whole chongqing pig pseudorabies and continuous efforts.
