Pseudorabies (Pseudorabies, PR) is a variety of domestic animals and wild animals with a high fever, infectious diseases, mainly against the nervous system and reproductive system [1]. According to incomplete statistics,44 countries and regions around the world have reported the occurrence of pseudorabies, the pig breeding industry in developed countries, the annual economic losses caused by up to billions of dollars [3]In this paper, we collected 8140 serum samples from 120 large-scale pig farms in Nanping, Sanming, Longyan and Zhangzhou in January,2014 to December,2015, The results showed that there were 3402 copies of PRV-gE antibody positive serum, the average positive rate was 31.8%; 54 positive pig farms, the average positive rate of pig farms was 45%, the results showed that the majority of pig farms in our province still existed Pseudorabies virus wild virus infection situation. The positive rate of PRV-gE antibody in blood samples collected in 2014 was 51.3%, and the positive rate of PRV-gE antibody was 32% in blood samples collected in 2015. In comparison, the porcine pseudorabies virus Wild virus infection decreased. The results showed that the infection rate of the boars was the lowest, the infection rate was 13.7%, followed by the reserve sows, the infection rate was 32.5%, the production of boars, gilts, sows and nursery pig blood samples Sows and nursery pigs had the highest infection rate of 50.8% and 79.3%, respectively. The results showed that PRV was susceptible to pigs of different ages and sexes, and the infection rate of nursery pigs was the highest.Ninety-two piglets, named N-A group and P-A group, were randomly selected from the field with more than 500 sow rabies virus antibody negative and Pseudorabies virus antibody positive pig farms. The same immunization program was used in both groups.1-day-old intranasally 1; 60-day-old first immunization, intramuscular injection of 2 copies.90 days of age the second immunization, intramuscular 2 copies, the test repeated 3 times. Two groups of piglets were collected at 2,4,6,8,11 and 13 weeks after birth. The levels of gE and gB were detected by PRV-gE ELISA kit and PRV-gB ELISA kit. The positive rate of gB antibody in commercial pigs was 100%,91%,62%, and S/N averaged less than 0.6 at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks, respectively. The results showed that NA group pigs Pseudorabies virus only high maternal antibody level, the pseudorabies virus has a better protection rate. At the age of 56 days (8 weeks), the positive rate of gB antibody increased to 65% at 11 weeks after the first immunization, and reached 100% after the second immunization. The results showed that the antibody level of P-A group was higher than that of P-A group, but it could not be ruled out. At the age of 56 days (8 weeks), the positive rate of gB antibody decreased to 57% at 11 weeks after the first immunization, and decreased to 14.7% after the second immunization. After immunization, the positive rate of gB antibody decreased, because the vaccine strains and wild strains produced some neutralization, or wild strains of infection caused by production of unstable and affect the antibody level, the need to combine positive field gE antibody analysis. The positive rate of gE antibody in commercial pigs was 74%,76%,6 weeks,8 weeks,11 weeks and 11 weeks, respectively. The positive rate of gE antibody in positive pigs was 74%,65%,65%,5%, 0% respectively, which indicated that there was a wild virus infection in piglets after birth, the positive rate of wild virus infection decreased with age and the lowest level was 13 weeks, But after the occurrence of pseudorabies virus circulating infection was not detected. Comparing the level of negative PRV-gB/gE antibody, we found that the level of maternal antibody of commercial Pseudorabies virus was higher in negative field N. While the age of pig increased, the maternal antibody showed a descending trend, The S/N average value of antibody reached the highest value, after two immunizations, S/N average value decreased gradually. Positive field before the first immunization gB antibody positive rate is high, S/N average is small, mainly due to the presence of pseudorabies caused by wild virus. However, after immunization, the positive rate of gB antibody decreased, the S/N average value increased gradually, the positive field immunization was a good effect, and the gB antibody level was influenced by the gE antibody level.The test results show that there is still a high pig herd wild rabies virus infection situation, indicating that the province of pig pseudorabies disease prevention is still a long way to go. In this case, for the farm, the choice of a reasonable vaccine immunization, and according to the actual situation of the farm to adjust the immunization program, set a scientific immunization program to ensure that pigs have enough immunity is the preferred PR imitation. According to the test, intranasal immunization at 0-3 days of age, first immunization at 56-60 days, and second immunization at 86-90 days of age did not achieve good results in the positive field and the gB antibody level was affected by the gE antibody level Effect, the two trends in line. It can be seen that the immunization program in the pseudo-rabies negative pig farms immune effect is better, more suitable for pseudo-rabies negative field.
